Yesterday, I it was revealed that instead of being "duped" by an insurance inspector, I was duped by Mike Kerstetter by pulling up on the corners of shingles and pulling them back to reveal the need for a new roof. My original roof is only two years old. This company is not out of Cape Coral, they are out of Houston, Texas. Yes, they are licensed in the State of Florida and claim to be a "local" company. The headquarters in Houston is a home on the Golf Course. BEWARE....Investigate a company before allowing them access to your home. Research the particular problem before allowing them to "show" you why you need a certain repair or new.

I would recommend Ledgewood Roofing to anyone needing roof work. I experienced a severe roof leak…read morelast August resulting in a moldy bedroom needing remediation. I sued the insurance company for damages and had Ledgewood Roofing replace my tile roof. They made me feel like every customer is the most important one. The salesman Darrin kept in contact and become the point of contact for me. I told them I wanted the roof done before hurricane season to prevent any further problems. They found the tile in only 4 weeks and started the replacement. It took a half day to strip the roof, three hours to load tile on the roof and one day to tile the entire house. The owner, Ben, came to the house after the work was done and asked if I was pleased with the work and to inspect the work himself. Gutters go on next week after I leave for home. Both Darren and Ben will be here with the gutter company. What terrific customer service and a reasonable cost. This smaller company is very competitive with lower overhead.
