We were impressed with his presentation and the proposed design of the bathroom. The time frame of only 2 days and the price convinced us to sign with RE-BATH. We were not disappointed. Joe was the talented technician who painstakingly created a beautiful, new bathroom. He was dependable, always on time and kept us informed on his progress. He was a perfectionist, too, which most people would prefer with any work being done in their home. At the end of the day, he cleaned the area and put everything away so we weren't left in a mess. With that said, I just wanted to give my positivity here because the City Mattress team at this location in Cape went above and beyond for me. For starters, City Mattress is not affiliated with City Furniture. They are completely different companies and CM is actually family-owned. Their staff here is great. I worked with both Al and Brandon. Initially, I bought an Aireloom mattress from Brandon. I had my eyes on it and was optimistic it would "be the one", but after 60-90 days, it was too firm and inquired to exchange. I knew very well from the get go that theres no returns, only exchanges for greater or equal value, and was okay with that. So last week, I went in and spoke to Al and he showed me the PranaSleep Karma Hybrid Medium/Plush. It was awesome and the same price point. Had me set up for delivery the next business day and the delivery guys were friendly and right on time. They even worked out the prices to do an even exchange and I only paid the $200 change fee, which was expected. Id strongly recommend anyone in Cape Coral or surrounding area to shop here. The entire team is great and also very knowledgeable. They arent trying to push you into a sale or sling a certain type of mattress and they take a very consultative approach. We just moved to Cape Coral and like to support local businesses, so we decided to furnish our…read moreguest bedrooms with mattresses here. Our salesman Chris was knowledgeable & polite. We purchased two queen mattresses and two bunky boards to be proactive thinking we would need bunky boards with the bed frames we were picking out. Chris said we had a 30 or 60 day return on the mattresses or something along those lines. However, he did not say the bunky boards could be returned regardless of whether they were in the plastic or not. We do not need them since the new frames come with a hard bottom and we are stuck with them. It's a shame.
