They quickly diagnosed the issues which were the result of other contractors work on our screen cage. I should note that the shutters were installed in 2008 by a company that is no longer in existence. Jazmine and Nick were able to get our shutters working again. It was not easy, but I feel they went above and beyond to help us out. The fact that they were so very friendly and congenial made the experience that much better. My wife and I will definitely contact Eurex Shutters for my future shutter needs, and we have already recommended the company to our neighboring residents.

My only dissatisfaction was with the person who answered the phone for appointments. I had 7 hurricane windows installed in my almost 40-year-old condo. Everything from the estimate, to the product quality, to the installation was top quality. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm! Where these 1-star ratings come from is a mystery to me. Price: I received estimates for the same window from High Wind, at $ 8,400, and two other large, local window companies - $ 9,200 and $10,500.

We are on the fifth floor of a condo building and need service on those shutters which require a Bolson chair. This started back in February and still have not been serviced as of today. Larry, who is responsible for this part of service completely ignores your phone calls, texts, and emails. I have called the office and have complained numerous times and it doesn't change anything and I have never gotten a callback from the manager who I requested to give me a call. Hurricane season is getting close and we still have numerous shutters that are still not working. Larry is the sales person that you deal with when purchasing the shutters but then when you need service, don't expect any response from him, at least in a timely manner. Plus you will have to call, text and email numerous times and complain over a period of time before you potentially get a response. I regret using this company because now I have to worry about all service in the future. If we were in the middle of hurricane season and need service, I now will be concerned that he doesn't respond and it taking months for service. Remember that before getting shutters installed by this company. We are 4 months into not having these shutters fixed. Very disappointed in this company.

Started out great. Friendly, Attentive, professional. They ordered the wrong doors. they did reach…read moreout to see if I would accept the doors at a slightly higher price since they were impact doors. I agreed. They came and installed them. After the installation there were a few issues. Doors were missing hardware, Screw holes uncovered, screw holed damaged, broken floor tile (and never said anything about it). Doors have a gap you can see outside light. Called the office spoke to Anne and she scheduled me for someone to come by and asses. Guy came by and noticed all the mistakes. said he was going to go to Home Depot to get some material and never came back. Called Anne a week later. She said that they were getting the material from the warehouse. I told her I had no Idea no one said anything. She apologized and said she'll get on it. Here is it 2 weeks later and no communications. Tried calling and no one answers my calls. seems like they are screening my calls. cant get a hold of anyone. I've let messages and nothing. This review is my next first step. If I don't hear from 360. Next step is BBB. and then I'll take a more direct course of action. BE CAREFUL I have pictures and recordings to back me up.
