My refrigerator stopped working the day before xmas eve and he was the only one I could reach and that could come out. He said he would be at my home by 8 but arrived near midnight and spent the entire night working on my refrigerator (with frequent breaks in his truck taking naps). When he left, the refrigerator was running, but later that day when I came back from work, I saw that it was not cooling. I have called him repeatedly and made appointments with him to come back and he never shows. It has been at least 20 days. The man's name is Ronnie Greenlee, he has addresses in Mobile and Gulfport. I called Ronnie to fix my dishwasher. He made an appointment, then stood me up. Made another appointment, came out and worked on my dishwasher. He said it was fixed, took my money & said he warranted his work for 90 days. I notified him before a week passed, I notified him that it still wasn't working. After over 2 months of him playing "call me back tomorrow to see what my schedule looks like" I finally got him to commit to be at my house between noon and 3:00p. He stood me up AGAIN. His excuse? He was out all night & hadn't even "checked his books" today. I honestly think he's on drugs. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I paid for almost $300 in parts, and I've now been stood up twice by them after confirming appointments. These people now refuse to return my call at all. Stay far, far, far away. They are crooks. read more

Do your research before dealing with this "Slick Willy!! Ronnie Greenlee advertised a 10 month old washer/dryer set for $450, confirmed through text and verbal about age of machines. Within 3 hours found a problem with the dryer and after serial number decoding found units to be almost 8 years old. After settling on a dryer repair time, he then "forgot" the repair date so I asked for money back due to his "False Advertising". After 2 weeks of this game I now have to take this clown to small claims court as all trust is completely gone. As a retired military member in Search and Rescue missions and Law Enforcement I thought I couldn't be snagged by a crook like this. "BEWARE" of this individual and his tactics. read more

I'm very disappointed with this company. I have a home warranty and Ronnie the service guys that came out here was very destructive with my appliance. He was snatching and jerking on the freezer door. He showed up and b4 he found out what the problem was started tearing my freezer apart. Then when I got home and gold him to turn on the ice maker and showed him what the problem was he acted like he was mad. He acted like he was on Crack or some other drug. I paid him to fix the problem and he texted me back the next day and told me that he was going to get a used door to replace my door since he said that the parts couldn't be found. I told him my warranty covers new doors and not used parts. I got a text after that and he told me that he had found the parts for the ice maker and that he would come back out in a couple days and fix it. I told him ok. He told me that I had to pay another 60 service fee for him to come back and fix it. I told him he was not getting anything else Cuz I already paid him to fix it. He told me I was being very rude and that I needed to pay it. If this is the only company that my warranty uses I'm gonna cancel my contact Cuz I won't be taken advantage of or have a guy that treats appliances rough. read more
