Whenever I have a plumbing problem Dyson is the one I call. Every employee from the receptionist to the service provider has been friendly, professional, and extremely helpful in resolving the problem and also educating me on specific methods to prevent future issues. They called beforehand to prewarn of their expected arrival. Despite facing some unexpected challenges in working with 2 faucets that had been in place for 40+ years and didn't want "to give up the ghost", all was accomplished with a sense of humor and some contorsionist maneuvers to reach the 'cemented in place" connections! As usual, I was amazed at the reasonable service fee charged for the work. I have no complaints and will continue to use them as my "go to" plumbing provider and readily recommend them to others in need. read more

George and Mack, Professional plumber came to the house to fix two problems. The water line for refrigerator was leaking. They found the turn off valve defective and the plastic line was torn resulting in a slow leak. They fixed it the right way. They answered all my questions. The copper gas line to the outdoor grill was crimped just inside the bricks. They did a great job, and cleaned up the area. I would be happy to call them back at anytime. I've used Dyson Plumbing before and when I had a stopped up sewer line I called them again. Greg and Clint contacted me promptly and when they arrived Greg remembered being here before, in 2023.
