Do not use these people. They were supposed to come out to my house this morning and I stayed home from work and they cancelled because they did not like that I asked them to have the technician call when he arrived on my property so I could guide them in. The owner kept saying IF they need to call they will and I reiterated I absolutely need them to call when they arrive. A simple request right? Nope, he became argumentative and cancelled his appt and hung up on me because he did not want to have his technician call me when he arrived at my property. Uh, ok. read more

Great appliance repair, that presumably is locally owned. I called, the lady who answered the phone was very courteous and helpful. They were able to get out the day after I called. The office called in advance as I was told they would. Rocky arrived and was very courteous and pleasant. I was given the option to replace parts needed with what he had in his van, or to order OEM parts. Of course I selected to have it repaired with what he had on hand (OEM would have of course been much more expensive, and would have had to wait for them). Our oven is now working, and at a very reasonable cost. Much better experience than going through a corporate type appliance repair service. Highly recommend. read more
