I looked at their review and was quite impressed. I called and spoke with Krystle who was kind, polite, professional and knowledgeable. I told her my concern and she said that someone could be out Friday, July 3 between 12/1:30. Yes!!! Jesse, service technician, arrived during the time frame stated. I received a message stating who was coming, a picture of the technician, what he was driving and plate number! Overkill....absolutely NOT! I appreciated that I was respected and appreciated enough for UDG to take the responsibility for their customer and letting me know who was coming. Customer service like this is valuable. Jesse represented UDG Services with professionalism and integrity. He took care of what was needed and we responded appropriately. The service call was very fair . The washer is repaired, we are happy and we have clean laundry! Much thanks and appreciation to Krystle and Jesse and UDG Services who also represent Our Great Service of the United States of America and Veteran owned.
