I cannot say enough about the service I received from this shop. I found myself stranded without brakes along with my 104 year old uncle and my cousin visiting from California. I live in the St Paul/Minneapolis area. I called AAA and they sent Advanced Auto Care to us. The professionalism and compassion they showed for us was extraordinary. They towed the car and Josh had a manager bringing us home inside of 45 minutes. Unbelievable! To top it off I got a call at 9am the next morning to say the vehicle was ready. Advanced Auto Care is a very well-managed repair shop that operates efficiently and professionally. At other repair businesses, I've often experienced a situation of "drop it off and we will get to it when we can, but we're currently three weeks out." Josh schedules my truck in for diagnosis, explains in detail what my truck needs (even displaying the malfunction on a pc monitor in the lobby), provides a repair estimate, completes the repairs on the scheduled date of service, and always uses high quality parts. When the repair is done, the bill matches his original estimate. Josh and his staff are also very knowledgeable on preventive maintenance measures that can go a long way toward avoiding costly, catastrophic vehicle failures when you least expect (and need) it. This place is awesome. I truly have been treated with only respect and honesty at tgis establishment for years. Ive even had personal encouragemebt givin and support from the staff and bever hav had a negative thing to say about them. However due to maybe a difference of opinion or misunderstanding my mother of all people, a 60 plus non confrontational woman was charged and paid $500 as she just couldnt deal with the tension and lack of owning responsibility of the management here and their insane demands for a large amount of money due to a "storage fee" as a vehical had been there for quit a while, while not acknowledging that the owner had called ib twice after itd already sat there for 2 weeks without getting adresses and fixed, was greeted wuth a snotty and disrespectful attitude last call for even checking in on it and told he would be contacted when it was dobe, tgen never contacted and with proof of a 3rd party attempting to contact the shop on 5 occassions over the previous 3 weeks he atrempted to deny. So ive got only l9ve for this staple shop of the community and wish them the best,but something has changed and taking advantage of a timid 60 uear ild woman and doing so on lies that are easily proven false to do so is a sad state for this awesome business. Ill not use them again after that as my morals as a business owner wobt allow it, but i hope they can pull it back together as they are historically valuable and appreciated. read more

This is an A+ shop. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Shop was super clean and we'll maintained. I'm from out of state and happens to need a repair shop right away so I called Advanced they waited past closing time for me to drop my truck off and got back to me with a parts list first thing in the morning and had my truck out of the shop by the time they said it would be my truck needed a fan, radiator, pulleys and a belt im extremely happy with this place and couldn't recommend them enough read more

Update on seals in differential: Fixed and fixed. Called and spoke to Ron Heikes about the leak coming from the differential; he asked me when the soonest I could get the vehicle to him and within a couple of hours the problem was fixed - no charge. Excellent service. read more

Our car needed to be repaired before we could get back home after Christmas. Josh and Larry were friendly, informative, and helpful. They fit us in at the last minute, gave us a thorough explanation of what was wrong, and a fair and accurate estimate of the cost. Josh worked on the car after hours and worked us in to their existing jobs the next morning so we could get on the road. When we picked up the car the next morning, it sounded and ran great. The cost was lower than the estimate because some wires did not need to be replaced. We are now back home and have run the car about 1500 miles since their work and it runs great.
