I thought I was out of luck but Tyler pulled through. it was 30 mins before close and this guy did everything from making us feel comfortable to even scrapping the ice off the cars windshield we were looking at. he kept it very honest and transparent and when it came to buying he did everything in his power to get us a good deal and an even better experience. I cannot express how happy I am with CWA and will continue to shout at people to go to this family owned local business. these guys aren't con artist trying to make a couple bucks off of your situation, they are humans who want to get you in a trust worthy vehicle and at a good price.

Nothing gets done in a timely manner and not all the work my vehicles have been brought in for gets done. Once issue, the car had to go back in three times to get fixed, the other it took four weeks. Then when you call or stop in to inquire and the one service advisor isn't in, the other act like they have no clue what's going on with your vehicle and no system to check and answer your questions. Every other dealership I've ever gone to, the service advisors act as a team despite who you bring it to. They have always kept me in the loop on timelines on my work getting done at other places.
