So we agreed and as we were looking around I can only 2 staff member who made us wait to served us or at least acknowledge us. We came for our appointment at 2pm Thursday 19 of May. We are very disappointed at the service and was at the salon for 3 hours as I only have very short hair. We decided to leave without a haircut even though I had my hair coloured. We complaint about the service and there's only one lady who cuts hair. If they are short staff they should have told us in the beginning we walk in the My Salon . No they Just want to take more customers in and take our money without good service. I can understand that short staff can happen anywhere but at least let us know if you're short staff and we could have gone else where. I'm discusted with the service. .

And Kate did a great job of helping me hide my terrible look that I was sporting. really helped the self esteem. I had not visited her salon for approx 12 months, while I let my hair grow long (well who wouldn't after being bald, then having hair grow back thicker than ever) ... I tried to make an appointment this morning. She advised me that as I had not been into the salon for a long time AND as I previously coloured and snipped at my own hair prior to appts with her, that she no longer wanted to fix my "botched jobs" as she called it. She said she "wants to do Beautiful Work", and obviously felt that she cannot do that with me. Thanks Kate! Was it the alopecia that bothered you, or the fact that I spent a year away from your salon while my hair grew long. Or dont you like people doing what they want with their own hair. Or do I just not have the LOOK you want your clients to have. Oh well, not much of a $$ loss for you, as I was not a very regular client, as you pointed out.
