They were on time and very nice throughout the entire procedure. The ultrasound lady made sure to explain everything that she was doing and everything that my husband and I were looking at on the screen. She made us feel so comfortable by saying how cute our baby looked on the screen, even though we thought the baby looked a little creepy. People came in after me and were seen and had already left before I was seen! Very unprofessional.

I emailed two addresses that day for a refund. No response in 4 days, so I called. TWICE! WAITED 14 MINUTES TO TALK TO SANDY. that makes anybody mad. Yes, Sandy refunded but said the account didn't show any problem. Refund wasn't going to happen as little lady at desk said would happen. They never noted they screwed up and didn't do the work paid for. Meanwhile Gary has been receiving offers from Lifeline that look to be better than what we were offered and had already paid for. Lifeline may have grown to big for their britches and their work and customer service has suffered. I'm writing to share with the uppity-ups at Lifeline that they have a problem.
