The 1 star rating is given only because wait time was less than 30 minutes. My husband went back for routine bloodwork ordered by his cardiologist. He was in the back for 30 minutes and came out with both arms and a hand bandaged! This is an 86 yr old, 100% disabled veteran. Needless to say he was very upset but nowhere near my level of concern! If you claim to be a working blood drawing lab; Why is there no one that knows how to draw blood on the premises? He was shuffled from person to person, jab after jab! I have taken him for the past 40 years for blood draws and have never experienced such inadequate professionalism!! What happened to "Do NO Harm"?

Despite having an earlier appointment, I watched as my husband--and three other patients--were taken back before me. One of those patients even gave my name at check-in, and shockingly, the lab tech didn't verify her identity or check the lab order before calling her back. When I asked what was happening, the tech admitted the mistake but didn't apologize or attempt to fix it promptly. I waited an hour and a half before even being addressed, only to be incorrectly told that the lab didn't carry a test my doctor had specifically ordered. I called my provider myself--turns out the lab DID have the test all along. The lack of communication and accountability was staggering. As if that wasn't enough, while waiting to be seen again, I was verbally attacked and threatened by another patient in the waiting area. This outburst was loud, aggressive, and intimidating enough that my husband had to return from his car to de-escalate the situation. The staff? They said nothing. Did nothing. Not a word--not to the woman who was screaming at me, and certainly not to us. This experience was unprofessional, negligent, and frankly, unsafe. I will never return to this location. I'd rather drive hours out of my way than be subjected to this kind of chaos and disrespect again. Do better.

The absolute worst hospital. Had my 2 year old in the emergency room without a pulse for 4 hours…read morewithout attempting to contact me once. I was only notified because OU Childrens sent me a MyChart notification to check him in for his hospital stay in PICU. I then called Children's and they told me he was at Integris. So I then called them. Having only given my his name, and asking if he was there and what happened, they told me they had just got his pulse back and were loading him into the EMS stretcher and couldn't give me any information. This was at 11pm. I later found out they had my son since 730pm and my phone number and all required forms to contact me, along with my insurance information was on file as I had taken him to the ER multiple times for minor issues. And for 3 months since my son passed, I have been requesting his records and bills and asking why they refused my son the right of having his mother present as he was dying and they refuse to even speak with me. However they did send my dead 2 year old a survey asking how their care was during his stay. I am disgusted and repulsed by how many medical professionals and adults, humans stood by working on a dying 2 year old and thought, this baby doesn't deserve to have his mother here with him. So, I strongly urge everyone to take your babies anywhere but this hospital. As it is a child's right in this state to have a parent present while they are dying. Even though this hospital stole that right from my sweet baby boy.​

I was tended to by a very personable and professional phlebotomist, Isabel, who did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job drawing my blood. I could not imagine a better experience, and I'm so grateful for people like her who take patient care to the next level. She'd be a great person to supervise and train others for this company.
