Top Notch Care the moment you walk through the door. Greeted by a receptionist smiling when I…read morewalked in . I waited a short time & was taken to a room to change my top. Very clean & answered any questions I was going to ask before. Was not uncomfortable & not painful. Will be coming back & telling others how great Breast Health Network is.

Very disappointed with the facility in Edmond. Had a mammogram a week ago and received a message I…read morehad my results available in my portal, which was barely an hour after I left the facility. To my horrible surprise, the report said I had lung cancer detected. I had to read this for myself, alone, 2 hours from home, and totally freaked out. No one called me about this. Called the facility, put on hold forever, told they would 'call me back', couldn't guarantee when and left me hanging. Finally got a call, said the dictation heard the comment wrong and the report would be corrected. No call from the doctor, no apology for stopping my life in its tracks for awhile, nothing. Who has the responsibility for proofing these reports before being sent to a patient? Why are these reports available so quickly? Just how well are they being read? Sent a note to letusknowatouhealth.com and no response (saw 2 doctors actually read my message)!! Not surprised. Be careful about choosing this facility. I have a huge history of breast cancer in my family and cannot take a chance of someone casually looking at my test.

Absolutely thrilled with this practice, these doctors, this wonderful and caring staff. Our little…read moredaughter, (one and a half years old) had tubes placed in her ears last Thursday. Every single person we encountered, from the woman who checked us in, to the anesthesiologist, the doctor (Dr. Paul Digoy), nurses Lindsay and Erica, everyone was wonderful. The location is absolutely spotless, the waiting room bright and fun to keep kiddos distracted even though they have not eaten or had a drink yet! The actual procedure lasted less than five minutes. I could not believe it. We checked in at 7:15A and by 9:05 we were in the car and headed home. Our daughter is already talking more, having more fun playing, and dancing more. I'm not even sure she could hear the music before... this is an absolute gift. We were referred here through our family doctor (Dr. Melissa Lindenau, and then through Pediatric ENT of Oklahoma). So pleased we found our way to Dr. Digoy and Summit. If you're thinking of getting tubes and you have any questions you want to ask me, I'm all ears. See what I did there?

I asked the scheduler that called us, if it was okay for both me and my wife to accompany our child to the operating room before giving the anesthesia. She said yes. On the day of the appointment we checked in and waited. After an hour had past the schedule time. i check with the front desk and ask why is it taking so long. The office lady said our appointment wasn't until two hours later. I asked why were we not informed of this a few days ago. She said its standard to wait two hours prior any appointment here. My problem with this is that our 2 year old had to fast the night before, and having to wait an additional two hour was a bit tough on someone that young. Surgery. The procedure was quick, and the Dr Glade was great. The main issue i have and the reason I'm sharing my experience is with a particular nurse that's associated with this facility and not the ENT doctor. Summit will not disclose her name. Prior to the surgery and the anesthesia I ask this nurse if we can accompany our child to the surgery room before they put him to sleep. I was meet with a quick.. NO. I asked how come? she said we are not allowed into the surgery room period. I informed her that wasn't what we were told a few days before. She again said NO. I was upset and everything you read online says we should be able to. Our child left with the nurse cry while staring at us confused and as parents, it was heartbreaking to watch. After 15 minutes, Dr Glade came out and informed us that everything went well and we can see our child in a few minutes. After 5 minutes of waiting we were united with our child. We waiting another 30 minutes and then was given the okay to leave. We left the facility close to noon and our 2 year old is recovering at home. I called Pediatric ENT of Oklahoma two days later and confirmed that parents can accompany their child to the surgery room prior to anesthesia. They Apologized for what happened and will be getting in touch with Summit Pediatric.
