The customer service was great, within days of going in they did the template and installation. The quality seems to be the same as the rest of the countertops. The only thing is when he asked me if I wanted the lighter or darker end of the granite, I told them lighter so it would match better with what I already had. Well, I got the darker. Beautiful job anyway.
