I really…read moreliked how Affordable Air Duct Cleaning had it structured - they told us they would come out an do an entire assessment and then we could opt for the services purchased via the Groupon or use the Groupon as a credit to add on. Naturally, we ended up adding on a few more areas, but they did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient and mindful of our home by placing plastic on the floor and barriers around corners where their equipment might rub to avoid any damage. I had been informed that I would receive unlimited register/vent cleaning and one return and then…read morethe technician only cleaned 5 register/vents of 11 total in the home. When technician arrived he did not explain anything at all and seemed uninterested in any aspect of his job and seemed to forget entirely that he is in the service industry. His truck looked like all the equipment was thrown blindly inside and was a mess, he had to dig through a pile of who knows what just to unbury his vacuum hose. Once inside he simply told me that my HVAC had 4 main lines and 4 returns without stepping foot in the HVAC closet, he informed me it would be 400.00$ to do all the work. He cleaned the main return line only 1/3 of the line. He cleaned a very small portion of that main line and did not include photos I asked him to take of the unfinished side even though he did take them. He also left metal shards all over my HVAC room floor from where he cut into the main line. Overall I would say this was not an ideal service provided and seemed more like a scam. Zero customer service. Unfortunate to say the least. Not looking for anything but a forum to provide my feedback regarding lack of professional service from Affordable Air Duct Cleaning. Beware people!
