The notice at the beginning that insulation was coming out and they stopped immediately , they contacted the Repair crew to see if they could finish the job without damaging the Vent. The Repair crew indicated that the vent was White Flex Tubbing which is not recommended for a Dryer Vent. The Repair crew used a camera to see where the damage was at and luckily it was only at the beginning they were able to repair that and was able to clean out the Duct without any further problems. I was impressed that both teams that came out to clean out my Duct did a very good job at getting it done without causing further damage that could of resulted in a very expensive repair job. I believed that they did what was best for me and not that company to get the job done at a reasonable cost.

Hang on kids, we're going for a ride…read more Install for new AC and furnace. Guys are super friendly, polite, and answer all of my questions. One guy shows me pictures of his dog - awesome. Later that night I notice water dripping from the humidifier down the side of my furnace. I call and the on-call guy walks me though how to stop it. The next day, a service guy comes out and tells me that the install guys forgot the condensation hose that connects the humidifier to the drain pipe. He connects a hose and tells me I'm good to go. He too shows me pictures of his dog - lovely. The next morning, the rug next to my furnace is wet - the drainage pipe is leaking. I call again and the same service guy comes out and tells me the install guys didn't glue the drainage pipe pieces together. He glues them together and I point out that it looks like it's still leaking. He tells me it's just water from when he took it apart and leaves. About half hour later I look, and sure enough there's a puddle. I call him and he says he'll turn around and come back. He does and tells me a thingamajig wasn't tightened at the bottom and NOW we're good. (Note: I had to leave work early twice for this.) A few days later the electrician and a guy doing something with the gas line come out. Again, super friendly and polite. A couple hours later I notice it's getting toasty in my house. Thermostat reads 77 and there's a yellow triangle symbol with an exclamation point, that when I click on it says, "Communication Error, " to not try and fix it myself, and to contact my dealer. So I call. Again. On-call guy walks me through a reset that doesn't work, so he comes out, only to find they didn't flip the power to my AC back on. He apologized and said their notes showed they checked everything was working before leaving, which clearly wasn't true. The final part of their installation service is called "commissioning". I have a text message stating my appointment is on Friday, May 16, between 3 and 3:30. I leave work early, arrive home at 3, and shortly after 3:30 call to get an ETA. I am told my appointment is for the following Monday at the same time. I look at my work schedule and confirm I can make it work between appointments IF he can be there right at 3. Commissioning guy is right on time, fully explained my new unit and thermostat, and made adjustments to optimize it to my home. He was very helpful and even fixed an issue I was having with my front door, which obviously, was completely unrelated to his visit. Overall, I'm satisfied.. A very annoying and inconvenient start, but they are prompt with fixing issues. I also like their service plan (free for the first year) and that it includes every 6 months maintenance and a furnace filter.

I was able to snag a cancellation they had and they came this morning. Mason called to say he would be out in 30 minutes and he was right on time! He came in and looked around, checked areas I was concerned about, wrote up my estimate and after my instant approval he got to work. He was extremely professional in his setting up, taking care to protect corners where his hoses or cords might hit. He pretreated areas of concern and was even able to remove an unknown stain from 18 years ago that I could never get out. Mason did an excellent job, this is my second time using Zerorez and I will never use anyone else. And right now they are running some specials that are worth taking advantage of, everything is on their website.

Original post: This would have been a great deal if a layer of black dust wasn't left all over my entire house. I was told that it was because my furnace filter didn't fit right. I think as professionals in the industry, this is something that should have been checked before proceeding with the work. I paid around $350 to have the entire surface of my 4800 square foot home and all its contents, look like they were in close proximity of Mt Vesuvius after an eruption. I've been cleaning for days and am nowhere near done. With this kind of hell, it would've been better to leave the dust in my events. As a sidenote, I noticed that many of their hoses were taped up. I don't know about you, but I don't think tape keep dirt from escaping very well. They guy that came out was very nice. That's about all I can say as a positive.

I cold called Burton on Monday morning at 8am and was exceedingly lucky to have Steve at my residence by 8:30am. He swiftly diagnosed the issue, walked me through various repair options and price points (zero upselling) and I found the pricing to be competitive. He had the entire sewer line replaced with new pump, hardware and applicable pipe in about 3-hours which greatly brought me peace of mind. Even better they offer a standard 2-yr warranty on parts and labor and while he did not expect the need, he encouraged me to call if there was any issue with his repair in the future.
