They spent 10-15 minutes tops cleaning a staircase from first to second floor. This was no deep cleaning and we could have done better job with a rental steamer.

One of the two Service technicians was quiet and professional. The other, left granules of cleaning product on my kitchen sink and counter; pulled a hose across door frames, wood trim and staircase railings without concern for home damage; tried to sell me used carpet that he had just pulled out of a "old ladies home who only used it for a few months"; used profanity; and left a white residue where my carpet transitions to wood.
