When I called to let them know they overcharged me they said the tech should have told me there was an additional $40 "trip charge" that they forgot to quote us. (The house is on the Island, so this is pretty excessive.)The receptionist then became belligerently rude and said it was my problem, not theirs that they forgot to let us know. When I asked to speak with a manager she said there was only an owner above her and they would call me back. This never happened and when I tried to call back they refused to answer or return my calls. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!! Also, the carpet was not cleaned very well. They spent 10-15 minutes tops cleaning a staircase from first to second floor. This was no deep cleaning and we could have done better job with a rental steamer.
