No shoe covers were worn until the technician was placing the protective papers under the legs of the furniture. I had to request to have the papers placed. The second technician was sitting in the truck, not assisting, for the last 35 minutes of the visit. They were correct when they told me the carpet would dry in 24 hours. I do not recommend their services.

When I asked to speak with a manager she said there was only an owner above her and they would call me back. This never happened and when I tried to call back they refused to answer or return my calls. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!! Also, the carpet was not cleaned very well. They spent 10-15 minutes tops cleaning a staircase from first to second floor. This was no deep cleaning and we could have done better job with a rental steamer.
