The management team, particularly Justin and Spencer, consistently responded to inquiries and addressed any questions, concerns, or issues in a timely and considerate manner, demonstrating genuine care--especially given our daughter's imminent arrival of twins. They were professional, well-informed, coordinated all tasks, and regularly checked our satisfaction with their work, going "above and beyond" in every aspect. During this time, we had been declined numerous times speaking with the insurance company to provide a hotel while construction was going on. Knowing this would be hazardous to all concerned, Spencer took our troubles as his own and had the insurance company comply, getting two hotel rooms while our home was being renovated. Working with this company has been refreshing compared to others we have dealt with over the past 40 years being landlords. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

He asked to know my address, as I'm not in Summerville and live an hour away from any water mediation company. I texted him the address, stating once he let me know if he could come to my address, I would happily send him pictures. I heard nothing back. I called him finally mid morning Monday. He waffled a bit about coming out. Said he wanted pictures. I said great, he needed to confirm he could come out. He said not unless I could guarantee we could pay him our insurance deductible. Okay, so rude mark 1. But I can let that one go, as I'm sure he's been bitten by folks not doing this. We continued to speak. I mentioned my insurance company had stated they (ServPro) would move the heavy furniture out of the way. He said possibly, hence the need for the pictures. I said okay, so if they can't move the furniture, I'd need to arrange for my insurance company to provide someone to do so. He snapped at me and got ugly stating I was making it too difficult and if I'd just send him the pictures like he'd asked me to, we could find out. I told him I had at no time been ugly to him nor did I expect him to be so to me. I needed to make sure everything was provided for. His response was that I needed to find someone else to do the work. Which is very fine with me. He was highly rude and I would recommend others avoid this company. I now have several more days wasted trying to find someone to repair water damage.
