Bait and switch Called about a runner that needed cleaning,…read moregave measurements I thought were correct, turned out it was 9 Ft x 2.5 not 12, but they quoted 50 bucks($2 a foot). I was okay paying the $50: but when I brought the runner and they filled out the paperwork and measured the runner, They then told me it was a $100 minimum. At no time on phone or when I first arrived was I told there was a minimum fee charged. It was like you are here now, and we can charge what we want, not what was quoted. I was shocked and very disappointed with the bait and switch. You need to be forthright, not underhanded like you were being. They also told me if I brought in a full size rug, they could clean my runner for the $50 at the same time. So they wanted me to pay for another rug(over $300) and the runner. Very crappy and sketchy customer service.

After going round and round with the owner, she was not Willing to work with me after one of her schedulers had quoted me a certain price. I am very disappointed in the unwillingness to keep one's word on a quote and in essence bait and switch. I do not recommend this company.

Before I could even stop pumping and get over there, a Rainbow Floors van pulled over, helped push, gave a thumbs up to the guy and left. Driver was on a Bluetooth headset, never took it off, never said a word and wanted no recognition. It restored humanity for a moment. Until someone honked at the Rainbow van for stopping just so perfectly so any oncoming traffic wouldn't plow into the broken down car. The honker had to room to get by too. But these guys would! Not only will they come out on weekends, but they were, by far, the most affordable company. Fast forward to Sunday morning, waiting for the cleaners to arrive. Twenty minutes past the appointment time, they still haven't arrived. I called them, and they said they didn't have us on the schedule. There was some mix up. But he said to text him my address and he was leaving right then. A crew arrived shortly afterwards and got right to work. They even dropped $25 off our cost for the inconvenience! When we went back home a few hours later, the carpets looked fantastic. My chef husband had a bad habit of stepping on the carpet by the entryway in his gross kitchen shoes, resulting in some gross, dark stains. GONE. I thought for sure that it would end up being a bit more, but I figured it's still a good deal considering I wouldn't need to spend my day lugging a machine over to then clean the carpets myself. Ben showed up right on time even after I changed the time of our appointment the day before. Moving is stressful and he was completely understanding of my timing predicament. I had myself and a small team finishing up some cleaning while they were there. I hated to be in their way, but I was handing over the keys in a couple hours. Ben and his assistant pre-treated any stains and high traffic areas and got to work. The wand machine they use seemed to do an amazing job compared to any standard carpet cleaner I've encountered in the past. They worked very quickly, but were thorough. In less than 2 hours, they finished the job and were on there way for a total of... you guessed it, $69. Not a penny more!
