He is the best chiropractor I've been to, with consistent and thorough maintenance and care for you as a patient. He thoroughly explains his techniques, styles and treatment to you not only at the beginning of treatment, but as you progress through your care program. He's always interested in how you're doing generally, and especially after any change in the treatment protocol or a new adjustment that he may give you. He has multiple modalities of treatments there, a traction machine, different types of chiropractic tables, and an ATM machine, which is fabulous. He also has a massage therapist available to help you along in your treatment if needed, as well as nutritional testing. Dr. Barsoum also spends a great deal of time with you, and makes sure you get everything you need at each appointment. He doesn't operate his office like an assembly line chiropractor like so many others. If it wasn't for Dr. Barsoum, I really think that my pain levels would be off the charts. Due to his treatment and recommendations, I'm able to have more mobility as well. If that wasn't enough, Dr. Barsoum accommodates your schedule as much as possible, and has an incredible bed-side manner, is kind and compassionate. Unfortunately the clinic manager and billing company incorrectly submitted my medical billing since 2023. I have repeatedly requested an itemized billing statement and have been repeatedly denied. I have repeatedly requested to speak with billing and have been repeatedly told that their billing company doesn't speak with patients. I have never received a bill from this clinic. I have never received an EOB from my insurance company. Diane the office manager told me today that I owe about 3,700 before I can make another appointment. I was given no notice and no bill until today. Durand the clinic manager told me that my insurance company has denied payment. This is incorrect per several high level employees at my insurance company who have stated that their billing billing was submitted on 3/21/25. It's in review. There has been no denial. The clinic manager abruptly withdrew no notice, no bill and no continuity of care told me that I cannot come back for treatment. This is patient abandonment. I really hope Dr. Kitzmiller sees this because I find him to be an excellent and ethical provider. I doubt that the medical providers are aware of this situation which is happening to other patients.
