He quit with 95% done because we were "tired of his excuses" and "parts run" that he called "complaining and bullying" If we hire you for a job....do it. When we got the opportunity to take a short trip (COVID-19 kept us close to home), I discovered that the bath fan was backwards - instead of an exhaust fan, I now have an intake fan. The problem with this is that the fan is only inches from the screen, which collects dirt and dust quickly, thus shutting down the air flow, and making it nearly impossible to clean off. When I reported the problem to Paschal's they said, "If he installed it he will fix it." However, in the 3+ weeks since then, I have contacted them several times trying to set an appointment to make the repair - and got no response. It is one thing to promise a warranty, which he did. It is another thing entirely to try to get satisfaction under that "warranty". It is worthless.
