Sitting here in the waiting room for a 210pm appt (and it's now 240). Check-in folks have NO idea when my kid can be seen (that was checked out of school early for apparently no good reason). The ONLY reason this gets two stars and not one (or zero if possible) is at least the front desk staff was polite while I was irritated. Make sure you don't have follow-on commitments to keep if you come here. There are other dermatologists I've just recently been looking at online (plenty of time to wait and look up right now). There about 4 other practices in the immediate area (within 5 miles). Maybe check them out. Maybe you won't get your time wasted! read more

We have gone to this practice for 30 years and loved Dr. Stanford. Greg Sharp is excellent and we now see PA Greg. I was scheduled to see Dr. Bravo this morning, went to my appointment at 8:20, was told by the staff that I would see another PA I hadn't seen before. The PA was competent - my appointment was supposed to be with a doctor, not the PA. No notice, no text, just either take the appointment or reschedule. I can't begin I vist this place for a small rash dine size I thought it might been eczema from my grand daugjter I got from so I paid 178.00 that day I was given cream and good bye Hanna smith the stupid bitch doctor had her assistant bend over and wipe my chin on my left leg I was laying back. she didn't tell me what she was doing or did she do any lab work that day I was told here is son cream apply iit. and I never return tjere was no need for a follow up !!! so I got no mail no calls. but until I yearly months came around to check my credit alert pop up with 1003.89 on there. from forefront dermatology which I never heard of less been there so I called the nimber on the report he first said no I can't find you but after search he did this is the most terrible Expermiễn I ever had I had no follow up was not told to return it was not anything cancer but she went because I was self pay and. and said I signed affidavit of no insurance. yes ok tje truth but what the fick did she do for 1013,00 by giving me cream and bye 20 minutes didnt not every talk Hanna smith you need to close your doors you are terrible. mi hope everyone reads this and shares I going to share daily and if the police allows me I going to stand there with my sign let patient know you read more

Went to see Dr Bender about 3-4 weeks ago. Appt was hurried. He looked at my face, hands and scalp. Nothing more. Dermatologists in the past have gone over every inch of my body. Bender took a biopsy of my hand and arm . He recommended blue light therapy. I had not heard biopsy results after about two weeks. They put me on hold. They came back and said my biopsy had been lost by Fedex! Yea right, blame it on Fedex! I spoke to a good friend who is CEO of a large hospital and he said in his 40 years they had never lost a biopsy! I went to another dermatologist he recommended. The doctor took several more biopsies of my body.. I spoke with him today and he said I have melanoma and they want to schedule me for in patient surgery and meet tomorrow for treatment plan. Appointments are always hurried and impersonal. They overbook and are always running late. They are trying to get people in and out as fast as they can. They make you feel unimportant. They only see dollar signs. Their billing department is in some other country. They have been sending me the same bill for months after I paid it. I have called 3 times and they still keep sending the same bill. A " manager" was supposed to call me, but no one ever called. I will never go back here again. Dr. STANFORD was great. Had an appointment 3 weeks ago to have a cyst removed. Advanced Dermatology called 2 days before to cancel and reschedule with another doctor as they said "the scheduled doctor called in sick." Rescheduled for today (Monday) and received a call 2 hours before my appointment to say that they were cancelling because the cyst was inflamed (not true and they hadn't seen me in 3 months so had no idea). Rude on the phone. No legitimate explanation for their cancellation. Very unprofessional. Seem to only want "spa" patients. Don't seem to be legitimate dermatologists. Recommend finding another - for real skin issues! VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! read more

The office staff is friendly, but the communication from scheduling, to front staff, to people handling insurance referrals is very haphazard second rate at best. No one answers a telephone. The business hours are incorrect. The person scheduling surgery for abnormal cell growth removal was rude on the phone. Not how medicine should be practiced especially in 2023 with all of the new technology available to us. Better off to try another dermatology office. The Dr.'s are great once you get back there, but the other ancillary pieces are very lacking anything that is professional. read more

DO NOT go to this dermatology in Daphne, Al. unless you are only seeing Dr. Sharp. The nurses are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and NOT TRAINED CORRECTLY AT ALL. The nurses and doctors are never on the same page and they always tell me something different every time I go. It feels like they don't care about me as a patient and just want to get back to their more important patients. The nurses always screw up my information which prevents me for getting my accutane for at least a week or more. THEY NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS! DO NOT GO TO KELLIE TOTH because she is rude and makes you feel like you're in the wrong! Go to Dr. Sharp only! read more
