Scheduling an appointment took a little more effort than anticipated, but I was happy with the second person I spoke to for offering for me to see their nurse practitioner in order to be seen sooner. All of their MDs were booked out by 2-3 months, yet I got an appointment to see their NP only 3 weeks out from my call. All of their new patient forms are available online so I didn't have to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Everything was saved electronically for them to print and upload here in the office. Checking in was a breeze. They do require masks to be worn, and the front desk staff take your temperature upon arrival. A COVID-19 questionnaire must be filled out as well (not online), but it was short and sweet. My appointment went smoothly. The NP listened to my concerns and addressed every one. I was in and out in about 30 minutes! I went in for my yearly head to toe body exam with a new doctor. Now keep in mind I've had 6 basal cell carcinomas and 2 atypical moles removed. They did not have me disrobe. I wore my dress and shoes the whole time. The doctor looked at my arms and face and that was it. It took less than two minutes. My husband had an appointment with another doctor a couple of days later and the same thing happened to him as well. My husband questioned the doctor about my exam and in my chart it stated I had a full body exam. Which was a lie. Moving to a new area is hard and trying to find a competent doctor is even harder to find. Avoid this group of doctors. Your life could depend upon it. I would rather give them no stars but I want people to be aware of this group. read more

I first visited Sunrise six or seven years ago. I had a cyst in a very precarious location. Dr. Ramagousa (sp) removed it. When I developed skin tags, I again made an appointment with Sunrise. Success again. A year ago I noticed a rash on my hands, again I called for an appointment. The doctor took a biopsy and determined it was psoriatic arthritis. My next visit was with Melissa Williams. For the next nine months we tried a regime that helped. Today was my last visit. I am completely clear. Thank you to the staff and all concerned. I have been going to Sunrise Dermatology for 3 years. I had an appt. for today for my yearly check that was made a year in advance. I received a text message on Monday confirming my appointment, which I did. I arrived for my appointment and was informed the Dr was not in, they had to change my appointment. I was NOT notified of this, mind you if I don't give a 24 hour notice of cancellation they will charge me. I live 35 minutes away from the office and rearranged my schedule for this appointment, to say this was an inconvenience is an understatement. I am now changing Doctors. I am unsure if I could trust this office with my care if this is how it is run! read more

There's no contact person to call with my concern and after reading the comments, sounds like it is not welcomed. I had not been to a dermatologist in years and a had a parent die of melanoma, so you'd think I'd have a thorough examine. I had Melissa Williams, a nurse that gave me the quick 1 min. look over and said I was fine. (did not use anything but her visual) I had to point out something she missed and she froze it. Then she said, is that it? (couldn't get out of there fast enough) I asked her about a couple large "age spots" and if they had anything to lighten them since they're in a very visual area. (I was thinking a cream or something topical) She quickly froze them without even discussing it. She held it for a long painful time and now they're very dark, much worse and probably won't get any better since its been a while. Horrible! Then I see the bill, wow!! Code 99203 states first visit 30-44 min examine for new patient. Of course 4 separate big charges for this ridiculous visit! It explains why insurance is so high! Won't be going back! If you're still determined to go here, at least ask for a Dr. read more
