The owner pointed me towards a machine he thought would be a good size for me. However, once I started to load the washer, I realized it was far too large and I started to look for one that was smaller and cheaper. He came over looked inside and said, "No, it is fine" and then closes the door to the washer. I protest more that I want to move to a smaller washer and he insists that it will not fit. My washer wasn't even halfway full... He then grabs my quarters and starts putting them in the slot, pretending like i don't know how to work the machine. And when I try to open and move it again, he tells me it is fine and closes it. So, I just let it go and told myself that it wasn't worth an altercation. He is openly trying to scam me, which I really don't appreciate. And assuming that since Im obviously not from around here that I do not know any better. I will not be coming back.

Nothing I tried worked. I searched Com;puter Repair near me and found E-Systems, I took the laptop in the folowing day with little hope it could be fixed. Tried a new router from Spectrum, restarted multiple times, spoke with HP Support which was a JOKE! Took my tower in to this wonderful company and walked out 15 minutes later with it working. I was on the verge of purchasing a new CPU unit but thought I would try them first. Small diagnostic fee was all I paid. There was a setting that Microsoft randomly changed without my permission. My machine would only wash half cycles and then had to be manually set to a spin cycle before attempting to do another half wash (rinse) cycle and final (again Manually set) spin cycle. This was extremely annoyning and time consuming and quite impractical for a working Mom. When Sal, came out he started his inpsection, made sure to verify his diagnostics, told me how much it would cost and how long it would take to get the part in. Came this evening, moved everything out, because I failed to even realize that certain things would need out of the way.
