I called for this reason... after insuring him it wasn't our fuse boxes, we have multiple and inspected 3 times a year bc of our pool system, he says maybe it's the outlet and you need and electrician?! No sir, I need someone to take the door off my dishwasher and change a fuse and check the wires. Bad start. He did check the fuses and boxes. He did nothing to pull our dishwasher out or take it apart. Hour later, after dissecting on the front side of our freezer with the door open for the same hour he says we bought a used refrigerator. I inform him we bought it new from Pieratt's and have the paperwork. Not interested. Then told me our refrigerator on top would die in a day or 2, just not true. I was informed a lot about how cell phones are tracking us and I should be nervous, great advice bub. Fix our stuff. If my wife hadn't gotten home 2 hours and 15 mins after he'd been here while our rescue dogs were waiting out back the entire time, I'm not sure how it would have worked, except definitely overcharged. He told me he would only charge us full on one appliance and 50% on the other after the initial $130 service charge.
