Total ripoff. These people took over $400 up front from my elderly parents. We've been trying for 5 months to get the tv repaired and for 5 months they've been waiting on parts. Last week I went and told them that they needed to reimburse my parents and was told to get off the property or they would call the police. These people are crooks. Took a PS4 into their shop and after 6 months of so called "shipment delays" I went to the cops so I could get my stuff back as they refused to give it to me. It was then that the investigator for the Covington PD told me that other people, including a few first responders, ran into the exact same issues with them. This place is a ripoff, they charge $55 dollars just to give you a quote. This place also will tell you anything to get you to leave you tv, knowing that if they have your tv for more then 30 day they can keep it and sell it for profit. So they will try to prolong the repair as long as possible to keep your tv. And the price for service is way to high. My tv is worth $200 it cost $250 for them to repair it read more

I give everyone' a chance, but these people lied to me over and over. They had my TV for two months and called me to say it was totally blown. Funny it was working fine when I took it only slightly dark on the left side. I picked up the TV and took it to another repair shop. They opened it up and found they had totally destroyed the LCD and two backlights were missing. These people need to be shut down. Look them up on BBB. read more
