After dealing with the insurance company for nearly 2 weeks I was just about running out of clean clothes. I contacted ARR on a Wednesday and was given an appointment the following Tuesday. I mentioned my clothing situation and asked that if something opened up I'd appreciate it. ARR said they could work me in the next day. They arrived ahead of schedule and did a thorough diagnosis of my washer. He explained the problem thoroughly. Instead of selling me some expensive fix (as I would not have known the difference) Matt told me that it likely wasn't worth fixing due to it's age but that fixing it would be expensive. He told me of an option that might work (a drip pan under the washer) that would save a lot of money. He didn't have to do that. Matt, and his assistant who's name I did not catch/remember, were very easy to work with, knowledgeable and very professional. If I have any further problems with my appliances, Appliance Rescue Repair will be the first company I will call.

Corey didn't come out that day to even know what was going on. We had our own person come out and he was able to fix the air conditioner for $235. All it needed was to be cleaned and a little Freon. I called the office to speak with Corey regarding this matter and was put on hold. When the office personnel got back on the phone, she said Corey was out of the office and that he would give me a call back, which we never did receive. with numerous attempts to get in touch with him. They were also out on another job with our washer, November 2024, they were not able to fix the washer. Their tech did damage in our home, which Corey did take care of the price that it was going to cost for us to get fixed. Upon speaking with Corey, he asked if the guy seemed like he was on drugs. Corey advised that he thought that this gentleman was on drugs, but could never catch him doing anything because he passed his drug test. So, basically the owner had one of his technicians in our home that he assumed was on drugs. I would never use this place again. I'd also give ZERO stars if that were an option.

Very Disappointed With Both Companies…read more Subcooling Services, LLC was the repair company that Select Home Warranty sent to my home to repair my refrigerator. During the service visit, the technician stated that a part was needed and that the repair would have to be approved by Select Home Warranty. After waiting three days, I contacted Select Home Warranty for an update. I was told that they were still waiting for Subcooling Services to submit the diagnostic report. According to Select Home Warranty, they had contacted Subcooling three times requesting the report, but Subcooling still had not submitted it. It has now been two weeks, and my refrigerator still has not been repaired. This experience has been extremely frustrating. I should not have to repeatedly contact the warranty company because the repair company has not provided the documentation needed to move the claim forward. At this point, both companies have left me feeling completely dissatisfied with the way this claim has been handled. If I could give zero stars, I would. I hope this review encourages both companies to take responsibility, communicate with each other, and resolve customers' repair claims in a timely manner.
