My husband is 77 and just had a total knee replacement! When he got to the outdoor loading space there were 2 young men talking! He asked if they could help him load the mulch and showed them his receipt! without any response from the workers they turned their back on him and went back into the store! One on a forklift and the other followed behind! No explantation , no help! My husband loaded the mulch and potting soil with my help! Totally unacceptable! We are very disappointed as this Lowe's is just minutes from our house! We'll definitely find another store whose employees are willing to help!

I got a diffrent excuse from corporate down to store level as to the problem. I ended up ordering from Lowes so I could start my project. Was very unhappy with how they handled the problem and how long it took to get my refund. They said they would call me back but I had to call them to see what was being done. Very unprofessional! Someone finally came and inspected it, and told me someone would be calling me to schedule a look. Well, my patience went too long. By the time, I finally got the one to inspect it, I was passed my one year warranty. The Crack grew to over a foot in a master of months. They have horrible service all the way around. The owner is horrible by not backing his installation and not having better customer service. There are so many more places to buy and fabricate your store. I have used another company since that debacle and was very pleased with the bathroom counter installs of marble and granite.
