First, I got someone on the phone ..no answering service or answering machine. Second, I was able to make a same day appointment. We arrived when we were told to arrive, which was 30 minutes early in order to fill out some paperwork. I think our appointment was delayed due to a late show, but it was not a bother to me since I used to be that way when my life was overscheduled and now it was not. The doctor was very professional, detail oriented, and trustworthy. The staff was very personable. I would highly recommend this office and plan on coming back.

The staff is friendly and helpful, everything was explained adequately. The cost of the procedure was surprisingly low. My only complaint is that an appointment scheduled for a particular time may last for hours, much of the time sitting in the waiting room. I understand that medical procedures can't be precisely scheduled, but there ought to be a way to cut down on the wait time. That said, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Moore and his colleagues to anyone.

We had put off surgery because we were apprehensive about cataract surgery complicated by glaucoma, especially after previously being given a very discouraging prognosis and being told that my husband was a poor candidate for glaucoma surgery. At his first appointment, Eyesight Associates did extensive testing--far more thorough than anything he had experienced previously. Dr. Gayton was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. He took plenty of time to explain everything and answer our questions, and we left feeling so reassured. Every single staff member we have encountered has been kind, caring, friendly, and helpful. I have seen some reviews complaining about the staff, but that has not been our experience at all. Our visits have also been efficient, and except for the initial visit with all the extensive testing, we've been in and out without long waits. On the days of the surgeries, Dr. Gayton and his staff went above and beyond to keep my husband's eye pressures under control. His post-op care has been excellent as well. Considering how apprehensive we were going into this, we are thrilled and tremendously grateful that everything has gone so well. The results have exceeded our expectations, and my husband is delighted that he can see so much more clearly again! Dr. Gayton is a man of faith, and he truly lives what he believes. I usually go to Med Stop in Bonaire, but there is no comparison. The doctor on staff today was Dr. Monde-Jones. I apologize that I cannot remember the nurse that assisted me, and her name does not appear on my paperwork, but both were fantastic. The nurse was thorough in the questions that she asked, and actually listened to the responses. Dr. Monde-Jones continued by asking next-level questions that allowed her to formulate the best care plan for me. A times I felt as if I was talking too much because I'm not accustomed to physicians and medical professionals actually listening so intently without interrupting. Dr. Monde-Jones was very personable and I really wish she could be my Primary Care Physician. Yes, I asked several times but unfortunately she cannot. Regardless, the knowledge and guidance that I walked away with will help me make informed and confident decisions with regards to the direction I take with my medical care. Spoke with an assistant that informed me I would need to pay over $100.00 just to get the appointment, prior to being seen. She indicated this would go toward my bill. It acted as a deposit and in case I did not fulfill the appointment time. I do not have dental insurance but do have income to support my appointments. I was shocked at this requirement and moved on to another dentist that did not require a prepayment - deposit just to be seen. I realize some people do not meet their appointments but I am not that person. Perhaps $25 like many medical entities but was shocked at this requirement. This will not be my dentist.
