MAJOR issues with Warner Robins store. We brought in my son's Samsung S25 to repair the charging port and paid $129.99 for the part. The part was replaced and when we picked up the phone immediately noticed that the phone was warm; there were no temp or battery issues prior to brining the phone in for repair. The SIM card also did not work and we could not make calls or text; card seems to have been damaged in repair. We charged the phone to 100% and within hours the battery was dead without even using the phone. Phone was taken back to the store and tech said that they would change the port again and replace battery. I picked up the phone on 8/14/26 and charged the phone overnight. The phone turned off by itself overnight and immediately got warm when I turned it on; the battery went from 100% to 40% in 2 hours without using the phone. I took the phone back to the store today (08/15/26) after calling them and stating that this seems to be a Power IC failure. I do not repair phones, but online research seems to point to this as the issue. I was told at the store that they would send the phone to a motherboard specialist (would not tell me who) and that it would take 3 weeks. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that they are going through personal issues and would call me at their convenience. I asked for printouts of work orders or tickets from original work (2 separate people worked on phone originally) and orders or tickets from the last time that I brought phone in where the port board and battery were replaced at no cost to me. The store told me that they did not have anything besides the invoice that was emailed to my wife's account today (8/15/26) after I left the store. I have zero confidence in the original repair and planned repair that store told me they could not give me any information on. I am trying to give the company the opportunity to do the right thing before pursuing protecting my consumer rights. I would like a call from the store manager and would like to know what will be done to my son's phone over the next 3 weeks. We brought the phone in for a minor issue and now the phone is not functional; this is a problem. The power IC issue needs to be fixed and we need a SIM card replacement to make this right. Phone needs to be fixed or replaced for damage sustained during this repair. read more

Me and my grandfather have used this place for years. The deal is that if you buy a screen protector ($60.00) once, screen protectors are only $10.00 from then on. A couple days ago, I walked in there to get a new screen protector. As I said, we've been going here for years, so it should have only been $10.00. A girl at the desk told me that it would be $60.00, and that I was wrong and my screen protector wasn't from there. She peeled the corner of my protector off (to get a closer look i guess), and it made the crack much worse. I left, but soon went back when I noticed the damage. The manager told me that he had already been informed of the situation, and the most he would do to help me is charge $35.00 instead of the $60.00. He was rude, and the original girl at the desk was even worse. I will never go back there nor recommend it to a friend. I ended up buying a cheap screen protector at walmart and doing it myself, which i should have just done in the first place. read more

The worst experience EVER! So my daughter cracked her iphone screen. We took it here to get new screen, paid 120.00 and the next day her phone died. The screen just went black. I called they said it was nothing they did and i was S.O.L. The phone was only 3 months old, you just worked on it, how could it just die? Stupid me, gave them a second chance and they then destroyed my ipad. Tried giving me a beat up 16g for my new 64g after screwing mine up for good. There has to be someone more competent in this town. Please tell me there is. Thank you for the response to my Pedro, i'm pretty sure i have the correct place, were you not on Houston Lake and then moved by Target? If i have the wrong company i apologize, but since we've been there a couple of times i think i'm correct. If so, then you should check your employees because i'm not lying. read more

I had a problem with my laptop and TechRx was the only company that wanted to try to repair it. A technician named Bill took my laptop apart and discovered that the mother board was shot and could not be repaired. Their advice was given as to what I should do and I took it. I didn't have a charging cord and bought a new one. They found a used one and didn't open the one I bought. I as able to return this and other items I had bought and got my money back. After hours of work on my computer it was deemed unrepairable. I picked up my computer 2 days later but there was no charge. Diagnostic server is a free to all customers. Other companies wanted $150 to diagnosis the problem and none of this would be applied to the repair. TechRx will have all my future business. read more

For a deposit, these guys ordered my screen and power button on a Friday afternoon and had them in the shop ready to go on Monday morning. I dropped my phone off around noon and had it back, in like-new condition, at 1pm. I got nothing but top-notch professionalism and service the whole way. I cracked the glass on my iPhone 6 first time something like that has happened since I had the first iPhone. TechRx made the repair in less than 20 minutes and the phone is as good as new again. I called ahead and they said that repairing my shattered iPhone 6 screen would take about a half hour, and when I arrived they had it fixed in minutes! I left my case there accidentally and they held it for me and installed a great tempered glass screen protector on my phone when I came back. The phone was fixed by them for the screen but it had a problem of the screen shutting off black whenever it wanted to and started going unresponsive at times after the repair .I went back for them to resolve the issue .they performed a diagnostic and saw nothing .as soon as I head home problem starts again. read more

Simply amazing service, knowledgable professional staff, and friendly as can be. They have changed batteries and fixed cracked screens for my iPhones and iPads. Best prices in town. iPhones batteries and screens changed out in 15min or less. iPad screen is more involved and takes about two hours but came out like new. They warrantee their work which came in handy once when I found a slight problem with my iPad screen months later. But I brought it back and they took care of it no questions asked. I would rate this establishment 0 stars if the selection was available. I visited this place because I saw a fair amount of positive reviews. I thought I had made the right decision, but boy was I wrong. I dropped my iPhone 5S and shattered the screen. I did have insurance through Verizon but with a $160 deductible I assumed this place could save me money. I bring my phone in and the guy says he can fix it but it will cost be $130. I figured that I would save 30 bucks and avoid the middleman hassle of dealing with Verizon's insurance company. The guy spends approximately 15 minutes in the back "fixing" the phone returns and demonstrates the phones functionality and hands it back to me. I feel pleased with the results. I thank him and walk out the door. While playing with my phone I realize that my finger print scanner does not work. Alarmed, I walk back in the store and inform him that it's defective. He stated that it probably needs to be factory reset and if that does not work then I should send it in to Apple since it is still under warranty. Immediately I see a red flag. The guy compromises the functionality of my phone, has a 90 day warranty on the screen itself, finds out my finger print scanner no longer works and then immediately defers to Apple to fix it. Wait a minute. I just paid the man 130 bucks to fix my phone and he returns it broken and then expects me to rely on my warranty to regain a functional phone? I calmly agree because I have yet to try the factory reset. I am thinking that maybe he's right. That is all it needs. I try the factory reset at home and much to my dismay, I still have a defective finger print scanner. I return to the store and inform him that the reset did not work and if there was any way that I could get a partial refund. He tells me there is nothing he can do and that I should go through Apple since my phone is still under warranty. A few things to take home from this. This guy apparently failed business ethics. The customer pays this kind of price for quality work. If a mistake is made, it either should be fixed or the customer is refunded. The customer should not be referred to a third party to fix a mistake that you made. I paid this gentleman a hefty price to give me back a phone that was less functional than before. I am extremely disappointed. All this guy wanted from me was my money. He got it. My warranty is now voided and my phone is broken. I thought I was in trouble when I shattered my screen. Now, I'm in more of a bind now that I've given this guy my business. Not a mistake that I will make twice. Terrible businessman! read more
