Very bad communicator. Have had flooring for just over a couple of years. Flooring coming off the seams in various places and also have been peeling off. Aeron told us that it is as a result of water spillages. Areas affected are in places where it is unlikely for water damage to occur.
On another note, his installers failed to remove the dishwasher and lay flooring underneath and adjust the dishwasher height as is normally the practice (advise from other installers). Aeron refuses to fix this and now we are stuck with a faulty dishwasher that we cant remove and repair. This will cost us $600 when it is a failure of Advanced flooring Services.
It seems that the flooring is totally unfit for the purpose of a residential home if clearly it gets damaged by slight water spillage. Also not prepared to take responsibility for bad workmanship is unbecoming of a good business. I would not recommend this mob at all. read more
