I have been a patient of Soin since the hospital was built. Soin has never let me down in any category and continues to be the number 1 hospital in Ohio. The Er Doctor, ER Nurses and my Urologist Eric Esponosa are truly the best in the practice. They put the patient's needs first and foremost and with ultimate respect. These nurses allowed me to feel unsafe that I discharge my self early after only 1 night stay from a major surgery. They refused meds that were prescribed to me while I was in extreme pain. They allowed me to remain in blood stained sheets the whole time and played mind games with what meds I was able to take when my charts showed clearly I was prescribed the amount I asked. I haven't even received an after care call since I left. I hope that they re train them proper care to clients this was a very emotional experience i hope no one ever has to encounter again. The evening nurses and the dr who did my surgery were excellent.. but those two day time nurses need to fix their attitude and behavior. It looks bad on the hospital.

I see Amy, she has so far great, and I feel comfortable with being completely honest with her. She gives me options on my meds and respects my decisions with what my choices are. She lets me know if I need anything to just message her and if I need an appointment to just call or message her over portal. I won't go into details, but she has slowly showed me that I can start trusting mental health providers. I am big on advocating for mental health. I hope to keep doing with this business with them! If I need to update my review, I will, weather its good or bad (hopefully good). All I ask is for help and communication, especially when It comes to this kid of care!

The doctor I saw was Dr. Andres Barrero Ortiz MD., he was kind, insightful, and proficient in his abilities. I absolutely recommend him as a family doctor. Everyone seemed knowledgeable and resourceful. I found out they have a chiropractor and a dentist on site! Looks like I will look up both of those doctors and if they seem like the right fit .. we may try them out. We've been with our current dentist & chiropractor for a couple of decades ... worth a shot! Considering they are much closer than both of ours now. Paperwork was minimal and I didn't have to wait at all to get the Appt made - (less than a 3-day wait) and when I checked in today it took less than 10 minutes for them to call me back. There were two other families in front of me that were called back prior to me. Satisfied customer. Thank you.

I had my surgery rescheduled at my request so I could have time to care for my dad as he's not been well. I was unable to return the call to schedule labwork, I reached out to the scheduling to clarify a few things regarding my not scheduling the labwork and to explain a few concerns I had. Central scheduling cancelled my appointment with the surgeon for pre-surgery weight check, ignored my provided information about my shunt, kept saying they would have to send me to another hospital because I'm ONE POUND over the weight limit, and also called this hospital by the old name, thus sending me to the wrong website to a hospital 2 hours from my home when they really mean one 30 minutes from me that is under a new name. I write to the office to try and clear this up, I get a reply of "Surgery cancelled at your request" and they did not address ANY of the concerns I laid out in my message to the office. So now I have no surgeon for my gallbladder, all thanks to a lousy office that can't respect the fact their patients can't always call back right away. The lab work wasn't required until 2 weeks before surgery, they called me 4 weeks before hand, for lab work that could change in two weeks time. Premier was willing to work with me on my schedule for a previous surgery, without any of this mess. So thanks for nothing, Kettering.
