after my first ingrown toe treatment i was sent expensive products by mail; which i did not ask for or use for very long because the powder did not work. I had infection set in before post appointment, however i cant get in until then. They have removed 3 ingrown toenails for me. after 3 months i still have an infection and can not get reponse to get in before another post appointment. i have called 3 times - all you can do is leave messages and i even logged into my patient portal and sent written request to be contacted for direction and still no return call from anyone read more

Weird vibe. They had zero interest is helping my husband. Just wanted to sell him some $60.00 toenail fungus magic potion. His previous provider would grind down the problematic toenail. They made it clear they didn't do that there. The doctor barely looked at his foot. Said the special toenail fungus potion would get rid of the issue. It didn't. I've received excellent care from Dr. Amburgey but both the wait time in the waiting room and the exam room is anywhere from 45 min. to two hours at times. Although I could use the wait time to read a book, I would much rather read sitting in my chair at home. Between what I see and the conversatios I hear in the waiting room, my thinking is that they overbook their appts. If true, I find it sad that patients are expected to be on time but not give the same courtesy. Hopefully, the staff will take notice and that will change. read more

I went to Advanced foot and ankle care to have a toenail removed they did a great job with that I bought other products that were recommended and I bought a pair of orthotics which was supposed to be custom made well one of them didn't fit so they said they were remake it for me I paid $600 for the Orthotics but they didn't make the Orthotics they gave me the old one back which basically meant I could not use them I'm going back to talk to the doctor about this but I thought I would share this experience review one star 1 Review read more

they did absolutely nothing but give my husband a foot wrap made out of a bunch of bandaids stuck together and called it a "custom wrap" it fell apart after 3 wears. his foot is worse then ever still swollen and bruising all around, they claimed it was a pinched nerve! needless to say they solved nothing! then to make things worse i see a payment taken from our account yesterday, unauthorized from their office and they claimed it was the unpaid amount left by insurance. we received no bill to verify the amounts, and never authorized them to use our card for anything other then the initial visit! when i called i was told once you use a card they use that for remaining balance! never in all my years have i ever seen a doctor and not been sending a bill for what the insurance and paid before i had to pay it. she claimed they sent one out to me 5 days prior but i never received it and she said that's just how they do things but she would put a note in my account that we need to contact the card owner before they put a payment through well there's a novel idea not to just take money out of patients accounts without notifying them or sending them a bill detailing what the money is for wow read more
