Dr Jeffrey Katz and the staff are great. The professional was consistent from the initial scheduling to the follow up appointment to scan my feet. I went to Dr Katz referred by my rheumatologist to treat both my feet. I have a history of RA in both my feet for 36 years. After surgery in 1997 to correct my foot pain,I was left with severly deformed toes. I never expose my feet in public. The day of my initial appointment the staff were kind and so was Dr Katz Sr. they treated my feet as if they were perfectly fine. I had X-rays done and I was given advice to treat my feet. In addition to my treatment, I needed scans of my feet for shoe inserts. My appointment was scheduled the next morning, and even after a time miscommunication the staff were very accommodating and made sure I left their office in time for me to make another appointment elsewhere. This is clearly one of the most caring Dr's offices that I have ever worked with. I've been working with Dr. Jordan Katz from this office on an injury, and have recently had surgery. It is crystal clear to me that he & his staff are very concerned with my comfort, health & well being. The office calls me daily to check on my progress & to make sure that I am doing well. Through each step of the treatment process, my options & treatment plans were clearly explained to me, and questions were clearly answered. First let me start by saying I highly recommend this practice for your foot and ankle issues. Dr Jeffery Katz has been our podiatrist for the last 30 years. He is a warm and caring professional. He listens to all your questions and concerns and then explains what can be done to solve your foot and ankle problems. He takes time with each one of his patients as if you were family. I trust him completely. I need to say I am not a needle person but when he gives a cortisone shot you do not feel it, it's the way he does it by taking his time. He is a great surgeon as well, I have had several surgical procedures and every time the results are perfect. For years I was close to the office and now I drive over an hour and a half for my care when needed, he's still my first choice, He is well worth the Travel. My first knowledge of Dr Jeffrey Katz was actually my lack of knowledge of him. As A Physical Therapist in a local outpatient practice I had worked on a good share of painful and stiff post surgical bunionectomies, but never a Dr Katz toe. When my right bunion became painful 20 years ago I went to the one doctor that never had to send a patient to me. I had what could only be described as a wonderful experience with my right bunionectomy. When my left bunion became painful I was pleased to find Dr Katz still at it. Last week I underwent a left bunionectomy and the only problem I have is trying to behave myself as I have no pain. My followup appointment went wonderfully, with Dr Katz taking time for all my questions (most of which revolved around the details of how he is able to perform a procedure which most people find very painful and yet not either of my procedures, across 20 yrs, requiring pain meds), and the support staff being really pleasant. I am so pleased for myself and our community that the exceptional care that Dr Katz provides is right here in Vineland! read more

Dr Jeffrey Katz made me feel special from the first moment I met him. I've been to seven other doctors with the swelling of my one foot. They all felt they could not help me for various reasons , yet never referred me to someone that could help me. Dr. Katz with his combination of professionalism and humor made me feel that I absolutely made the right decision to come to him He told me that he did not know what was causing this problem , but we would find out. He has ordered a special two hour test, referred me to a vascular surgeon and had also followed up on my progress. I am so thankful for his expertise and compassion that he has for his patients. I look so forward to putting this ten year issue with my foot behind me. You don't need to go 'over the bridge ' to Philadelphia when Dr Katz is in your back yard. I highly recommend this office. Dr Bisignaro has such a caring and compassionate bedside manner. He is a knowledgeable and skillful doctor. The office accommodated me with an appoint the same day at the request of my primary physician. Very professional outfit. I would like to mention nurse Debbie who is an indispensable asset to the office obtaining key information, presenting key findings, and assisting the doctor. Diagnostic X-rays were performed in the office and were read while I was waiting. Technicians, reception staff, and all employees worked in unison to avoid delays and miscommunications. My encounter was nothing but positive. I felt the sense of concern toward me as a person and genuine care regarding improving my health and comfort.
