The staff at the desk are very friendly and professional as well. The office is very clean. They don't have a bathroom inside the office so you have to go out in the hallway area and you have to punch in certain numbers to enter, that's a problem if you have issues with your hand and fingers.but otherwise it's a nice place and I have made great strides with my therapy! The rooms are usually shared with another person and there are meals provided in the dining hall or in the rooms. The nurses and doctors make their rounds to dispense medicine and care. They do a good job of hosting events and adding lively photos and decorations on the walls. There is also a chapel to worship. My grandmother says the food is decent. It is average and nothing fancy as far as decor and upkeep.
