After several months of recovery I needed to find someone to help me continue my recovery during a cold winter. A family friend recommended for me to go see Dr. Mascetta, I hesitantly made the appointment. It was the best appointment I ever made and continue to make to this day. We went over my scans, discussed my healing, discussed what I do for a living having a physical job. We discussed what he wanted to do for helping me recover and most importantly, stating "we can fix this". After seeing him week after week for several months we spaced out my visits to bi weekly, and today, I see him when needed for adjustments that continue to help me daily with every day life. We developed a plan with what I need to do at home with important stretching and exercises to go along with the adjustments. I couldn't be more happy with my full recovery. I am fortunate to have his office nearby locally in Ridgefield. His office staff are phenomenal, professional and most importantly, family oriented. There is another guy named Finn that is trained in taping of injured areas and also knows how to tape to avoid injuries.The business end is efficient, run by Dawn. There seems to be a varied clientel from High School ball players to Seniors and the office is always busy. I have required Chiropractic care since I was 18 and now 57 I can say this the best Chiropractic practice I have ever used. I have used them for about 7 years.

I was quite disappointed in several aspects of the way they operate. It was frustrating that they were also writing notes while they were giving you the exercises. I understand how the medical field has changed, focus on productivity. There were also issues with the billing. They did not tell me that the insurance, from a car accident, had runout before it was done, leaving a large balance. The bills were much higher because it was from the car accident than other regular medical insurance. It was very frustrating how quickly they used it up and not letting me know. I was left to deal with the company and issues with the billing and way the billing office handled the situation. They took advantage of the insurance, and I got less treatment and a balance to pay.
