I went to see Dr. DeNoble for a specific ongoing urinary problem, etc. It begins with her office staff, they are so professional!! Also, her medical assistant was wonderful!! The Doctor herself is so compassionate and extremely thorough. Dr. DeNoble has an Fantastic Bedside Manner, she listens to her patients and gives them options to consider and review. The Practice contacted my insurance company and it was such a pleasure dealing with this Doctors Office, I cannot say that about other Doctor or Dental offices. In this day and age they all want to rush you in and out, and don't give you that One on ONE Customer Service Experience that you deserve. I would highly recommend Dr. DeNoble. I went to 4 OBGYN doctors and the only doctor I felt comfortable was DR Denoble. She has great bedside manner. She took time explaining what needs to be done, plan of care and established a goal together which is to get better. She 's beautiful inside and out. She even went to see me after surgery at the recovery room, plus spoke to my husband after surgery. I spoke to her the next day after surgery and check up on me. I had endometriosis excision surgery with Dr.DeNoble in November and I have never felt better!! She is an amazing doctor and surgeon and changed my life. During my first appointment over the summer she truly listened to me and made me feel like my debilitating pain wasn't "normal and get over it" as many previous doctors have told me. Just wish that both her and the practice isn't more into mainstream/conventional and pushy for sure as well. Instead of being into more integrative/functional and not pushy as well. Dr DeNoble and her staff are an amazing group of people. I was feeling very lost and unsure about my fibroid situation and I had never had surgery before in my life. Dr DeNoble and her staff treated me with such respect, compassion and tenderness that I made it through ,and I am forever grateful. From the minute I called the office, Casey did everything she could to calm my nerves and get me in as soon as possible. Beth, Dr DeNoble's nurse,followed up with me, and actually got me in even sooner when there was a cancellation.Beth also helped me set up the surgery and get everything I needed to do prior to the date done , and out of the way. She does her job so well. Finally, at the time of surgery, Dr DeNoble herself was so very comforting and I trusted her wholeheartedly. My surgery went off without a hitch and my recovery went better than I expected. I am currently on day 4 and I feel great,I am up and moving and I finally have peace. I travel from Florida to NJ just for Dr. DeNoble. Yes, that's correct! Since I left NJ about 5 years ago, I haven't been able to find a more qualified, professional, personable doctor. She's up to date with all the latest medical information and procedures available. In addition, she's very skilled, caring, and treats you as if you're the only person she will see that day. There is no rushing to get through an appointment and she takes the time to listen to questions and provide the best and accurate answers. The entire staff is warm, greeting me with smiles and hugs. It's the only annual appointment that doesn't feel like one, and I don't feel like I'm part of an assembly line of patients. This doctor (Dr Shaghayegh M. DeNoble ) is so amazing and gifted words can't explain how wonderful she is. I have been dealing with the same issue for so many years I have had about 7 surgeries for the same problem by 3 different con doctors who were supposed to be really good but they were horrible it was all about the money for them. I had the pleasure of randomly talking to Dr. Denoble on the phone and wow what an amazing woman she is! I had a bit of a terrible experience with an office staff member which she apologized profusely for; although she has absolutely no reason to. Taking to her felt as if I have known her for years. Extremely understanding and knowledgeable. Although I did not have the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Denoble I certainly cannot wait to do so. She made me feel SO incredibly comfortable on the phone I can only imagine in person. She even took the time to ask me questions while on the phone with her after office hours. I have such high respect for her dedication to someone who is not even her patient. I was beyond impressed. My only regret is that I did not know about her sooner!
