This man took action!! I had a service technician with the part to my stove in my home the very next day. I am happy to report that my stove is now working!!! To the General manager (Chad C.) and the service technician (Scott R.) "Thank you, thank you, thank you!!" I appreciate your efforts and dedication to your job. I only wish others were as efficient as you. Also, Scott C. deserves a raise for his hard work and dedication.
