Excellent customer service and workmanship. We had a fence installed that included a long, straight fence and a dog enclosure. Perfect and for our two dogs. I'm glad the other review had good experience, I sure didn't. I spoke to Behl Fencing in late May about a fence job. They tolf me they would visit my home and provide a quote. As of early July they had not shown up. I called them again and they promise they would be out the week of July 9 for sure. As of today (July 18) they have not come out. When I called they said they were really busy and hadn't had a chance to come out, or apparently even make a phone call. Business is a funny thing -- you can go from too busy to not busy if you don't treat customers with respect!! I'm now looking elsewhere for my deck and fence work. read more

I first contacted Behl back around Easter when a neighbor had a controlled/uncontrolled burn and burned up my horse fencing. They came right out and gave me a quote. Finally, very recently, the owner's insurance company finally settled but not for the whole amount. I had to just get one pasture fence done. Behl was so accommodating and knew I needed fencing done soon. They were out within a week and finished the whole pasture in two days! They rocked. We needed to have flex-fencing for our horses installed at our hobby farm that we are currently building. Much to my surprise - I could not find an installer in the Appleton/Green Bay area - that understands and/or can install flex-fencing for horses. I had already ordered flex-fencing from a distributor - but had no installer. I was lucky to find Behl Fence doing an internet search. I contacted them and Phil called me back the very next day. I explained my situation - that I was not in their local market and I already had purchased the fencing. He said that it was not a problem and quickly gave me a quote. Even though they were not from our local market area and did require a down payment to proceed with scheduling - they came though exactly as promised! Likewise, we had some very wet weather conditions to deal with - they were able to get the job done on a very timely basis. Phil was very diligent in questioning details to make sure the job was done exactly to our specifications. After the installation - the job site was left clean and orderly!
