Ian is the best pest control tech there is! He is a really great guy and really easy to talk to. He may be a 49ers fan but I don't hold that against him lol. Very knowledgeable in his profession and very professional. Remembers things that I've told him from months ago and always makes sure that we are taken care of at our school where I work. I feel like if I express a concern to him he makes me and my co-workers feel like we are the most important thing in the world and doesn't stop until the job is done. I feel like this is a trait that not a lot of people have and I'm glad Ian has it. I work as a custodian at one of the Bakersfield schools and every month I always see Ian doing a great job.
