Before my year contract was over I explained to the office person that I would need to stop service. They did explain that I had a contract for a year. But they worked with me. My bill was always paid on the same day of service, but after his primary employee quit, the other person, who I assume is the owner, showed up maybe twice and stopped. The times he did show up, the service was mediocre. I guess he fired himself. Oh well, I will look for another company that is more reliable and will show up when they say they will.
