The estimate to kill my existing well, was not a surprise, as there is so much construction in our county, that I knew all the well companies have been busy. When I did an AI search, and Aqua Source came up in the list of best rated in my county, I called hoping they could help me. I did get an almost immediate response and an evaluation of my well. Ok, let's get on the schedule, I said, and they did the rest. They applied for and received the permit, and when they arrived several weeks later, which was a blessing in itself, they evaluated by some kind of test the existing well. There was a blockage, that they were able to clear. Now I knew this was a blessing, because - I had a working well that same morning. Any other company may have been less scrupulous and just charged me for a whole new deep well...I am truly grateful for the folks at Aqua Source and highly recommend them to anyone with well issues. I used Tucker 10+ years ago with great success and great prices but it's not the same. The tech guy was back and forth on the phone with Geraldo for a couple hours about what to do. Geraldo didn't suggest replacing with all new pipes. A month later George at clearclogs.com replaced the pipes and fittings with new for the same price. For another job Geraldo delayed ordering parts for weeks, I was grossly overcharged for both jobs. Tucker, do better, we depended on you. Sadly, no more.

Even though it was not an emergency of any kind, GPS showed up within an hour and diagnosed the issue with my hot water or lack there of within minutes of arrival. 30 minutes later the valves were replaced and hot water was flowing again!
