They are very unprofessional. Delayed with snow removal. And they wrapped my dogs tether around our gas line. In the summer they leave behind so many grass clippings that the grass see it dies. I would not recommend this business to anyone. read more

I have also had similar experience with Advanced Irrigation as others. We had them put last spring to turn on our system and replace our broken back flow. I had researched before hand the cost of the back flow. Which was 1/3 of what they charged. They also do not tell you the cost of the part prior to doing the work so it's a nice surprise when you get the bill. This place handles snow removal for our HOA. Bottom line is they aren't good. They won't plow driveways with cars even though they are parked all the way over. Huge drifts at end of peoples driveways. You have one job and can't do it. I am guessing they accepted a contract and drivers are not adequately trained and/or they don't own proper equipment to get the job done. Invest in bobcats if you accept residential contracts. People should not be expected to sell their cars or pay for storage because you aren't equipped to meet the needs of the community paying you. read more

We purchased our new construction home in November of 24. Once the back yard thawed out I noticed that the sod was laid on some very bumpy and uneven ground.On may 9th Joy from advanced irrigation came out and agreed with me. The next day I was informed by email that there was nothing they could do. I then called them and asked for a quote to get sod installed on a new property and asked how the sod would be laid and what kind of prep they did. I was informed by Jeff that it would be smooth free of rocks and not bumpy. I literally found a 2x4 under the sod when trying to aerate the lawn not to mention the crazy amount of rocks and how uneven the ground is. My daughter can't run around the back yard due to the large depressions. I then replied to their email stating I had spoke to Jeff and was informed this was not how they would install sod. With no response for 2 weeks I then called and spoke to Claire who said she would look into it which was 6/9/25 I still haven't heard anything from them to handle their poor installation. Maybe they do good work when it's for a private party but that is definitely not the experience I have received. If you're looking beware. read more

This is the company contracted with our HOA. Our development looks terrible!!! Brown, weedy lawns with dead trees and bushes. The developments surrounding us have green, healthy yards. Advanced irrigation has the contract for the outdoor work at Creek village where I live. On a snowy Sunday morning when they plowed my driveway they also broke my pine garden box and will not accept this responsibility even though I have ring cameras showing snow on my driveway and then a half hour later a broken box will my driveway shows plowed. It was very cold day and nobody was out other than the snow removers. They are saying they did not do it but I believe they did so hire them at your own risk. They also set the sprinklers to clean my driveway and the street what a waste. read more

Our previous lawn service went out of business, so contacted Advanced Irrigation to blow out our system. Worst service ever. Called them back to redo. They Still did not come into backyard to see the water spraying all over under deck and house to lines they said they blew out. He said air was coming out by back fence which it was, but if would have come through the gate, he would have seen the water still spraying out other lines. I still do not believe lines are all cleared. Called and talked to owner which was understanding and said if broken lines in spring he would replace. We will see because I do not believe cleared because worker was to lazy to open a gate and see water still coming out of other lines. At this time, I do not recommend. We will see when they have to replace broken lines in the spring because of poor service of worker read more

Really odd....I have had seasonal services in the past. The technician typically seemed to be in a hurry and left without checking all sprinkler heads for proper operation. Then we had to deal with malfunctioning equipment even though we expected to pay for keeping the system functioning 100%. Now I fear they may be out of business as multiple messages over the past week for service have gone without response. Oh well....time to move on. read more

This is the worst company to do your snow plow removal. First off I live in a community where there are old people and this company doesn't lay salt down and when myself and other residents have asked our manager about it he told us that the company was asked to buy simply didn't have the time. The don't plow or shovel all the way leave balls of snow that turn to ice in the road so low vehicles hit and scrap the bottom and there timeliness is for a lack of better term crappy. I've snow plowed for 10 years myself and have never seen this lack of customer service ever. Not only will I be filing this complaint but also with the BBB and with the HOA manager to have your company removed on grounds of not properly doing the job adequate enough for residents. read more

You would think in these hard economic times a business would want to have good customer service. A technician sent out to try to figure out why a line of sprinkler heads would have water come out but not pop out of the ground. Did not fix the problem and blamed it on "low water pressure" and said I needed a plumber to come. But then when a separate technician came out to blow out the sprinklers for the winter a couple of days later, this one said it was a different issue (tree roots poked the line). So now I'm left with conflicting stories and a bill for "time." In a time of low expectations, it's one thing to pay someone to diagnose an issue correctly and then make a separate appointment to fix the issue and pay twice. But now I am left with have to start from scratch and pay a bill. I've been using this company for years to blow out the sprinkler system but I'm moving to another company who values its customers more and will charge when a problem has been solved. read more

Our sprinkler installation went okay. They are just your average sprinklers and work fine. However, the person they sent out for our blowout was awful. He had no communication skills and was unable to provide the service the first trip because of this. The person at the office was kind and apologetic when I reported this which I appreciate. She clearly cared about customers and the services they are providing. Unfortunately, the same technician was sent back to our home after I requested another person and was rude and unhelpful again. When I asked where the other technician I was told was coming was he dramatically said, "Why am I even here" and got into his truck and slammed the door. He made me feel so uncomfortable that I had to return inside and communicate with the office to even know if the service was complete. I'll find a different company for blowout services next year. read more
