We were in and out in less than half an hour, including signing in, meeting with a product specialist and walking through the warehouse to choose a specific slab of marble. We could have stayed a lot longer if we had wanted to but we got it, picked out the piece we wanted and BOOM, done. The person helping us was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and was happy to get help from one of the technicians to pull out a specific piece of marble we wanted to look at. Awesome! The only reason I'm not giving these guys 5 stars is because we can't go to them directly. You have to go through 3rd parties to buy your countertops or whatever you're looking for through Home Depot (like we did) or other retailers in the twin cities. It took the corporate sloths (see the movie Zootopia) over a week from the point of purchase at their store to get us in touch with MSI and only didn't take longer because I called Home Depot to bug them. Once Home Depot were out of the way, MSI contacted me the same day, they came out to laser measure my kitchen two days later and that SAME DAY we went down to their warehouse to pick out our marble. It would be soooooo cool if we would just eliminate Home Depot from the equation and only deal with these guys. Anyway, it is what it is. The guy loaded them up and I drove off, again very friendly and helpful. My project started two weeks after that. My contractor went to open up the boxes and started to work. When he got to the third box, five out of six tiles were cracked or broken. My contractor told me they should stand by the tile and do an exchange. So I called them to let them know and that I was in the middle of my project and needed another box and that one box was broken, so would I be able to bring these pieces back and exchange for a new box? They informed me that once the tile leaves their store, they aren't responsible anymore! Do they think I enjoyed driving another 30 miles to deal with this in the middle of my project? So I asked I'm supposed to just buy another box with no assistance? She informed me that it was company policy! I asked her to talk to a manager, she came back and said, sorry we can't do anything for you. WOW! Thanks for letting me know you have such a crappy policy and ZERO customer service! We recently had the siding replaced on our house. After this was complete, there were a lot of nails poking through the walls in our garage. Our garage is unfinished so the nails that were used to hang the siding came through to the inside of our garage between the studs. For aesthetic and safety I decided to hang some wall panels which is another story. Anyhow after the panels were up this is where the idea comes into play. I wanted to give the panels some support behind them but didn't want to pull them off the walls. First I thought about spray foam but then figured that I would probably need dozens of cans or more. So then I thought what about packing peanuts? I thought this was a great idea. So I started looking on line and at office supply stores. While I found some, the price was more than I thought it should be. That is when I found TwinSource. A 14 cubic foot bag was just over $20 or about a third of the price anywhere else. I thought how could the price be that much better? Did I figure the amount needed incorrectly? Well I placed my order and received a follow up email within a few hours that my order was ready to pick up. TwinSource is located in an industrial building. The process was super simple and my bags were waiting for me when I arrived. Turns out TwinSource is more than peanuts. They have packing supplies, paper products, cleaning supplies, food service supplies, boxes and more. Our…read moregranite started crumbling after a handful of years and because THEY don't have our granite anymore they said our only option is to pay $7,000+ for new granite... the "Project Manager" was very quick to reply with an estimate for $7,000+ dollars but has yet to respond to multiple emails attempts over three weeks when he was asked for an explanation on how they can have a lifetime warranty when they stop carrying granite... Clearly this company is only looking for the quick hit and not long term customers. I would highly recommend avoiding doing business with them based on the lack of standing behind their crumbling products, and the lack of customer service.

I have come to the outlet store multiple times over the years…read more My last project was where I had a shower stall wrap around thingy (plastic) was my shower wall above a tub. In the demo, I found they had stuck one on top of the other. It's a duplex and it was some janky work. I took those two out, put up new sheet rock and put in some Italian tile with some glass tile accents. I also included a "niche" so the shower now has a spot for shampoo, conditioner, etc. My tile cost $69.00. The niche? A formed piece of plastic? $75. This outlet center always has changing stock so what you see, you may not find again but if you have any ounce of creativity, you can create something. If you don't, the lady who has been there forever is so dang helpful! This last purchase was to put in a tile accent over a new stove we bought. Now the prices aren't like they were with that shower install but we still got a great deal for that small area. $30 I think? A great deal with tile that I don't see at your usual box store. Anyway, if you haven't been and have a project coming up, it is definitely worth checking this place out.

I installed just under 100 feet of the railing, along with one set of stairs over a period of a week, by my self. With a helper, and a younger body it could go much faster. He set up the cart, sent it to me, I paid online and waited for the supplies to arrive. After waiting for 5 days, the supplies got here without the mesh. I called and emailed Fernando, the agent, to find out what happened. I got no response from him. Once, I finally talked to someone, I was told that he never ordered the mesh. It cost me a week delayed on the job because their "expert" didn't think to add mesh to an order of "12 feet mesh railing"
