He told me he would aerate & overseed in fall but never came back after I had called, texted and left multiple voicemails for him. In March, he calls me out of the blue and tells me he would do it in spring. Again, I called, texted and left multiple voicemails. He never came! Mike never answers and never calls you back. I ended up doing the work myself as we are getting close to summer again. I can't understand people like that. He could have just called me back and said "I am busy and can't do it!".
