Here, they only take appointments (no walk-ins) so the waiting room does not get so crowded. Plus, it was pretty easy to get appointments on short notice. My son and was I went together to get our blood drawn (nice mother and son activity!) and waited half an hour from our appointment times. Yes, it would be nice if they honored appointment times but I have had to wait much longer at other locations, even with an appointment. The techs were very good. The tech that took care of my son was very considerate of the fact that he was dealing with a teen. This is not the closet Lab Corp to my house, but it was worth the drive!

Generally there's always a long wait and I've never known of a location to be overly friendly. This location stands pretty true so the routine. Not very friendly reception staff. The little kiosks they set up for you to check in never seem to work properly. The first kiosk I used wouldn't allow me to check in so I went to the reception desk to have them check me in and she just sent me to another kiosk! She never put an out of order sign on the one that wasn't working. It's not as if they were overly busy because she was just talking to her fellow employee. I had taken the time to set up the appointment and put in all the information on my computer at home before my appointment so it would be expedited as it says. But the scanner doesn't work to scan the barcode that printed out, so to me, that was just a waste of the time!! Because I still had to manually enter all of the information anyway. There were only about 5 people in the waiting room. I waited about 45 minutes. The gentleman taking taking the labs was nice and did it pretty quickly. The facility seemed fairly clean except for the bathroom.

I have used Quest Diagnostics many times. The inside is clean and convenient. There is a check-in…read moremachine and TV screens showing the queue numbers for patients, which makes the process easier to follow. The staff work quickly, are experienced, and understand the needs of patients very well. Overall, the service is efficient and organized. One thing that could be improved is stool sample testing. It would be much more convenient if patients could collect the stool sample directly at the lab, because some people may not be able to travel back and forth easily. If this service could be done at the lab, it would be much better.

My primary doc said it was "free" which is where I should've turned around. I've had 1 visit with quest for 1 specific lab. I've not gotten multiple bills, each require a $3.99 convenience fee. I'm not sure why and it doesnt matter but plenty of bills and plenty of fees just to be able to pay the bill all for 1 test. Nah, never again. Cheers to the staff and humans that run this place but I'll never be back based on their billing process.

Create an account, upload all of your information, and then choose the time that best fits your schedule. This location is only 5 min from home, so getting here was a breeze. The front had a 2 check in kiosks, and a large waiting area. The waiting room had 2 tv monitors displaying patients names and who's next to be seen. The staff members here are all curious, friendly and very professional. I took about 10 min total for the wonderful lab tech to pull up my info and then draw 5 vials of blood. Painless and easy. All lab information is electronically then sent to your primary care physician so there's no paperwork for you to drag around!
