First the laptop was not working for one of the Technician, then another lady computer was not functioning either. Also one of the support technicians was constantly calling my cat she, thought I corrected her multiple times remining her that this was a male cat. They also never bothered to call after second enema to ask about the cat condition after procedure. Well, they collected thousands of dollars from me why really bother to check on the animal.

Our primary Veterinarian Dr. Lesmes, is one of the best! He is extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate. He showed this when we had to have our last dog euthanized, and he's been great with our latest one! The staff will go above and beyond to help. One of the ladies at the front desk, and I'm sorry I can't remember her name at the moment, gave my wife and our newest puppy a ride back home, because it was so hot outside! This is a CLINIC and at that like a "Puppy Mill", it is like a "Vet Mill" ( IE.: they have contract w/ county shelter) To be brief over $500 later ,young vets unsure from the get go of my dog's diagnosis, prescribing him wrong meds thinking Oh well, maybe its...a UTI, bickering w/ each other in front of me , one vet putting down the even less experienced one, she barked "it's constipation!!" after prodding his rectum repeatedly. This is over a course of almost 3 wks. Then they wanted to "rent"! equipmt & a tech to do an ultrasound (=$350). We were DONE. Went to kind unassuming Vet Dr. McCabee(Hospital) in W. Park & he within just 60seconds of examining our dear dog, said I am so sorry, I am quite positive its a prostate cancer tumor. I'll do the ultrasound if you wish & it was $150. We were finally able to know what was going on and he lived ok for another 4mos. till almost 13. That last night we had no idea it was coming he was yelping ,a vomiting turn.... McCabee was on vacation, other vet couldn;t do it until 3 days later--end up w/ LMVClinic in desperation, thinking how could they mess this up--well SHE did- She did not give our dog enough meds She said she wasn't sure how much to give a 12lb dog!!! & we were already so distressed we didn't know how to react & she said well if its not enough I'll go make another shot. (WTH?) Sure enough it was NOT-essentially watched out dog's eyes pleading in our arms: "What is happening to me???" It was a slow and painful death as she left the rm to make another shot. Likedned to an electrocution? How do you mess up the shot for a 12lb dog? She was cocky & souless and has left the state of Fl. The vets there do not last long and its all about nickle & diming and no accountability.

He ended up needing surgery and leading up to that he visited the vet 3 times to ensure his bladder wasn't enlarged or blocked and didn't charged for those visits. Everyone was so friendly and kept us informed every step of the way. After surgery, my cat is back to normal and living his best life. I highly recommend this urgent care if your pet has an emergency. I believe they also do checkups so is not only emergencies. Just keep in mind they are not open 24/7.

My dog was bit a couple of weeks ago by another dog and he was seen immediately, treated and sent home with pain medication and antibiotics. He unfortunately ended up developing an abscess and I had to take him back to be seen by the vet. The level of compassion and care the vet and his staff have is very commendable. My dog was treated with dignity and they were so respectful and patient with all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this place if your fur baby get sick or in case of an emergency.

To be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect waiting at the clinic looking around to be seen. Everything was old, dirty, dingy, lack of decor... but the care and expertise of the Dr. over weighed the old school office and aesthetics. His office is very old and could use a good clean up and some paint for sure from somebody, (just stating the obvious), and were my only concerns walking in. Dr. Freyman and his receptionist seemed to really care and take the time to know you and your pet, which most important to me in the end. My cat had an infection that wouldn't go away on his back, and we finally took him to a vet to see why not going away after months of home healing. He took an x-ray to make sure it wasn't something imbedded or more serious going on. He gave the right antibiotics to treat this fast, and if any issues to call back. His rates seemed a bit high (I had a bit of sticker shock) BUT Dr. Freyman took the time needed to answer all my questions, and we got to stay in the room for treatment, and was seen quickly. There was no itemized bill for my records, just his figures in his head. Normally that is given at check out, but they do not do that here. All in all, if you can accept an old school, no nonsense vet, the billing procedures, he's the man. He was genuinely interested in the health of my cat and will make him my permanent vet, but now knowing will request the itemized bill at the end of the visit when paying. I am hoping Dr. Freyman will read this and take the constructive criticism to heart... hire a cleaner and handyman and get the place up to par with the rest out there, and his practice would be golden.

Worried that it may rupture or lead to an infection, we were referred to this place by friends, and were able to quickly make an appointment. Upon entering, you are immediately greeted and checked in, then taken to one of the pet specific rooms. Ours was the meow room, which had bird sounds playing, comfy chairs for pet parents, and treats for your furry family member. The vet tech was very thorough and gentle in her examination of my cat. Using kind words, lots of pets, and making sure she was as comfortable as she could be. The Veterinarian came in and was even more thorough, and she made sure to offer recommendations, and made sure to give us information regarding what could and couldn't be done. We decided to move forward with surgery to hopefully save my kitty's foot, and not only was the surgery successful, but the way they hand carried my cat into the room, talking to her and giving her kisses made me fall in love with this office. Warning Fancy Pets Groomer Injured Cat…read more I took my cat (Bagheera M1y) to the grooming salon Fancy Pets Grooming Boarding & Day Care located at Regal Center 870 S Sun Drive Suite 1042 Lake Mary FL 32746 on Friday evening at 4.30 PM for a bath. When I picked him up, I asked them if everything went well and they did not report anything to me. I paid the bill and a decent tip and got him home that's when I noticed his energy was down & he was hobbling . Upon closer inspection I noticed almost all nails on his hindlegs were bleeding (pics below). He was also shedding whiskers. I stopped the flow and rushed him to the urgent vet immediately who examined him. She confirmed that the nails were cut badly and one of them was splintered. She also mentioned that he shed whiskers because of the stress/trauma he went through at the salon. He was administered 2 shots for antibiotics and anti inflammatory and given 3 day dosage at home. He is currently in a collar for a week until all injuries are healed and currently not eating very well. It is heartbreaking to watch him hurt and in pain. I called the business on Saturday morning to explain the situation. Instead of offering a courtesy of empathy, one of the owners Manny Santiago denied that any such thing could have taken place. He refused to believe the mountain of evidence I emailed him along with the vet bills, medicines and nail pictures etc. The owner has not bothered to call me inspite of my repeated requests. They refused to re-imburse the vet expenses or their own grooming fees and have ghosted me. Do NOT use this business as they are extremely unprofessional and also do not care about the animals more than their bottom line. I hope no other fur baby or pet parent goes through this.

Because of that, I was told they couldn't see my pet at all. That didn't sit right with me. I understand signing consent for treatment, but this felt like an optional form being treated as mandatory with no flexibility. I respect that offices have policies, but turning someone away over a form like this, without any alternative, was disappointing. I ended up leaving without my pet being seen. What really stood out was the vet. He referred to himself as the doctor" not sure what's up there. But the actual experience didn't reflect much care or professionalism. Diego came skirting around the corner from the kitchen to the family room where we all were. He couldn't stand when he reached his bed area and was shaking and more. I went into the other room to call his doctor to let them know we were bringing him in while my daughter was trying to assess the situation and calm him down. Dr Ferrell took Diego in the back immediately to look him over. The nurse called us into the room. They did bloodwork on Diego and asked us what we saw happen. It was determined his bloodwork was normal but Diego had a seizure which was the first time that has occurred. This was a very serious and scary situation for Diego and us. We were told to videotape him if it happens again and log length and frequency of them. Diego had just last month taken a flea pill due to us seeing one flea on his head. Dr Farrell said Diego will only take sentinel and his medicated shampoo and medicated foam for his feet are still ok for Diego to use.Dr. Farrell and his nursing staff and techs are so fantastic. They really put our minds at ease and have taken great care of Diego. We are watching him carefully and so far so good. She listening to our concerns and gave the best suggestions to get my lil dude back to normal. She also recommended a pill that would be much easier than giving him bravecto & Sentinel. Overall it was a great visit from start to finish. We were seen on time & we left confident that he will feel better soon.
