I pushed back when I did not want to pay $100 for a urine test and stated I would NOT be taking drugs - I just wanted a non-drug neck pain option. That first visit I waited 25 minutes past my appointed time and had to leave because I WORK and had to get back for a conference call. I rescheduled and that visit they took me back on time and they put me in 1 exam room and then "moved me to a nicer room" for no apparent reason. After waiting almost AN HOUR PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME and asking the staff about it (including the doctor who said I could reschedule and I said I already HAD rescheduled my appointment and this was it), I was told I was next but another patient was put in front of me although I had specifically asked for the earliest appointment and was given the SECOND SLOT, ANOTHER PATIENT WAS PUT IN FRONT OF ME ANYWAY. I am not letting people who play games like that touch me. I am getting care in Dallas now instead. I am finding that medical care in Amarillo really SUCKS!!!! D was a very caring man. You can feel his caring when you pray over you before treatment now I have Dr. Jasmin he also is very caring and loving. I love Stephanie very much because every time I don't understand some thing she will take the time to explain it to me. All of them are very sweet Pauletta. I've known them for a long time they treat you like family I would always recommend them to anyone.
