After being admitted to the hospital, I found out I had a severe form of necrotizing pancreatitis. After spending more than half a year in the hospital I was released with humility in my heart for being able to see my children grow up. In time, we realized that I had a chronic form of pancreatic disease. I will suffer flare-ups in perpetuity. My diet would make most people look slack-jawed at how minimalist it is. Cooked veggies, bone-broth, High-protein Ensure. That's basically it. Everything else causes severe pain. Trust me, I've tried. All of this leads me to Dr Murphy and his Chronic pain-management practice. Unlike many doctors, Dr Murphy and his staff are warm and welcoming and treat you like family. The amount of professionalism at this practice is in a league of its own. I filled out a twenty-four page package that allowed Dr Murphy to treat me to the best of his ability before I even stepped foot in his practice. They do random drug & alcohol screenings so that he can give you the very best care. I feel safe knowing that I'm being treated with the highest medical standards within a practice that I can trust to really make sure I am not only treating my pain, but, safely doing so. I cannot recommend Dr Murphy and his staff enough. I'd trust them with own health, as well as any loved ones, if they should ever need such services. If you're looking for a serious chronic pain management practice that takes into account your mental and physical health as well as all safety measures, look no further. This is the place to go.

Other doctors I've seen gave me only pain medication. Even after taking strong pain killers the pain was sometimes so bad that I couldn't even get out of bed or stand up. Tang and Dr Liu realized that I needed more than just pain medicines and they began giving me lumbar injections. The results have been amazing. Thanks to Dr Tang and Dr Liu I rarely need to take pain medication anymore and my life is now back to normal. I love these doctors. The office administrative staff - across the board - are borderline rude, complain about patients in front of other patients waiting for appointments, and just seem to be there to collect a paycheck. Not a good atmosphere for patients in pain coming for kind or compassionate care. Feels more like a "cattle" processing plant. Lastly, they do not engage in transparent billing practices. It's a real chore to see charges or to be informed about charges accrued, but they are aggressive to have you to pay blindly without any explanation of charges. Desk staff have no access to detailed billing or ability to print this for patient HSA purposes.
