I've been struggling with chronic neck pain and back pain since 2016 and spinal issues. It has progressively gotten worse over the years and I was starting to give up hope. I started seeing Dr. Leal in June of 2023 and my pain is more under control than it has been in YEARS. He helps me maintain my spinal cord stimulator implant and a few months ago he advised me that he thought that a morphine pain pump implant would help improve my quality of life. I have been to several doctors before coming here. In the past i felt i was treated badly. Most doctors treated me like a druggie or that i was an amount of money. I have never felt i was diagnosed properly as well. I have suffered for 6 years with cps. I was struck by a car on my bike. I separated my shoulder and have multiple physical maladies. Dr Mauricio Orbegozo was attintive,compassinate and concerned. He was also honest and treated me like a human with dignity. I have never had such an experience at any doctors office. Dr, Leal is one of the most competent and professional physicians I have ever dealt with. Dr. Leal is one of the best diagnosticians around when he is dealing with a patient face to face and has a wonderful way of relating to a patient. However, he has the misfortune of being surrounded by a totally incompetent supporting staff which totally negates any of his many attributes as an excellent doctor.
